We can all read. Just give us the links, and your opinions of the stories. We'll take it from there.

Almost certainly so. But, letting him get too comfortable with that idea is probably not a good thing. Pennington was a 10-year vet, remember.

He looks good from what I see on this video, but it seems to be mostly from one game, so I'll take it with a grain of salt. Who is #63?

I didn't even watch this video through to the end, I shut it off after watching the same play from three different angles inserted at the beginning and then again later. Who is "Universal Draft"? They made the video. What ax do they have to grind? Victor, I'm not surprised at your uncertainty after watching this. I don't watch college football, and I don't know much about individual pla

Where have you been? This board has ALWAYS had independent thinkers on it. There just is, maybe, a little more tolerance for it, so guys are a little freer to speak their true minds. Less political correctness, more free speech. That's the idea.

That makes at least two of us. For a guy that some posters want to trade away damn near anything to get, there seems to be a lot of doubt on this site. Whether this is from true caution of this player's suitability to be our 1st Rd pick or is a reaction to poor drafts in the past, I don't know. Remember, the draft IS a crapshoot and we have to take our chances just like anybody else.

1959. Re: WR's?
He is excellent when he is on the field. However, he isn't on the field enough. He has played in every game in a season only twice in his seven-year career. He missed both playoff games this year. He will be 31 years old by next season. I certainly like him, but I wouldn't pay very much for him.

So, if Wake is one-dimensional, let's use him on third and 3+.

Who made this McClain video? Spikes's agent? It was underwhelming, to say the least. From what I saw, what difference does it make how fast McClain is if he doesn't use it? That video shows him dogging it waaay too much, getting caught out of position frequently, blitzing poorly, and not shedding blocks very well. A very unimpressive showing, but I don't think most people (certainly not the one

Hoping for a loss-or suggesting that anybody else hope for a loss-IS crazy. If you can't understand that, then forget it. Your point of view is foolish, but widespread.

Agree. He is, after all, the only guy in the league that made toast out of Darrell Revis this year.

I'm not saying that they are rooting against the team. If you had finished your post after the first sentence, I would have agreed with it. But, I can't agree with all of it. You said, "They are willing to sacrifice feeling good about a meaningless win to put themselves in a better position to achieve the franchises ultimate goal next season." There is no such thing as a "meaningle

In that case, I suppose I look at things from a coach or player's point of view, not a GM's. But, contrary to popular belief, I do see your point. I simply don't share it. Meaningless pawns don't think of themselves that way.

Armando Salguero, while lacking a confirmation at this time, says Nolan is in the fold.

I can't (don't want to) keep up with all the changes. I can see where "Sun Light Stadium" makes some kind of sense, but for me it will always be JRS.

You can say what you want about him as a player, but he never took any bullsh** from anybody. I like that in a linebacker. (P.S.,it was the Bengals on Monday night in his rookie year. If they're gonna bite, they'll bite as pups...)

I don't think anything's happened to him. He was brought in as a run-stuffing ILB, and that what he is. We know this because when he was hurt last year, opposing teams' rushing totals and yards per carry skyrocketed. He is, however constantly exposed in the passing game because he is slow as molasses in January. I think he was poorly used this year. If we can get an ILB with speed that can cover,
