Everything else on line is free -- who the hell do these guys think they are?

Good on ya, Sam. However, Tanney will (probably) not be as good as Marino; Dan is a rarity in the NFL world. Guys like him come along only once in a blue moon. If Tanney plays as well as Dan, I will be shocked, but of course,at the same time, very pleased. I just want him to be a really good QB that sticks with Miami for a long time and leads them to great things. Again, good to hear

Mike Wallace would be a great pickup. 3rd or 4th round give up, and $11M contract. For what he can bring to the table, that is a pretty good deal for Miami. If he was a top 10 pick in the draft, he would be getting close to that amount anyway, so what's the diff? Now, it's up to Pitt.

Very difficult to see where the Fins will be this year. New coaching staff, unsettled QB position, new offensive and defensive philosophy, etc. The preseason MAY give us an indication of what our Fins will be all about, but even that is no guarantee.

I still say we have a good tandem with Hartline and Bess, and hopefully the rest will fill in the gaps. This offense should be utilizing our TEs a little more than has been in the past. And yes, as was said, Bush is also on the field, and hopefully L. Miller's speed will be put to good use.

Just read on line where Jamie Dukes from NFLN suggested that Miami doesn't have that great receiver. Owens is out there looking for a team. He says to sign Owens. J. Walker said that he didn't think it was a good idea, i.e., too much of a circus; already have a "personality" in Ochocinco; and Miami had already dumped a "problem" in Marshall and don't wish to pick up anoth

Who cares what anyone "predicts" about the Fins? This is basically a whole new team, with new coaches and new schemes. Training camp is going to determine alot about the team. I am only interested in how our guys play during the regular season, not by what any "reporter" says.

With the record the Fins have finished with over the last several years, who really cares? I just want our guys to go out there and play some good ball and win more than they lose. Wow, what a concept.

Oh, and one more argument. I have a feeling the NFLPA will have something to say about this, and it won't be in the positive. Thinking about it, there aren't any positives for the players.
