A 4th rounder for a Pro-Bowl receiver? We have a ton of cap room.

If Ireland is doing his job, we should be all over this.

No way Pitt gives him up for a 4th.

But who cares, I'd give up a 1st for this guy. He is a game changer and only 25. He is on his way to being a top 5 WR if not already.

I'm glad you are not the GM. No wonder you think Ireland is doing such a good job, you will give up a first rounder for anyone.

A second round for Wallace would be a stretch, but acceptable based on potential. Wallace has only got a couple years left on his contract and he wants big money. We have big money to give, but WRs with this mentality often decline after payday.

Mike Wallace would be a great pickup.

3rd or 4th round give up, and $11M contract. For what he can bring to the table, that is a pretty good deal for Miami. If he was a top 10 pick in the draft, he would be getting close to that amount anyway, so what's the diff?

Now, it's up to Pitt.

Wallace is an unrestricted FA after this year. Unless he holds out the whole season.

He called me a troll because I said I didn't like Ireland.

Then, by his own logic, A&O must be a troll.

That doesn't make the situation any better.

But it may be good for us. With the cap space we could spend it all now.

Depends on how you look at it.

If he had two more years the Steelers could keep him for another year and trade him.

The fact that they would have to franchise him to keep him after this season might make them motivated sellers to get something for him before he walks.

Chances are, if he wasn't in his last year he wouldn't be available...if he even is at this point.

Plus the fact that he's a FA after this season means his price tag is lower. Can't see many teams giving up a #1 for a guy that is a FA in 8 months. Heck, anybody could have signed him this year and coughed up their #1 and nobody did.

The team has the money this year to make this kind of acquisition. This is a prime player. If we can grap him and resign him to a long term, that would be cool.

I know he isn't MikeO. MikeO likes the Tannehill pick and also likes Ireland.

Im pretty sure DolfanKing is 99Taylor.

You two are hysterical.

I must be someone that has been here before. That is the only way to explain... I'm not even sure what it explains.

Paranoia. This is way too funny.

Hey! I didn't say I believed it! I was just trying to find out who THE Truth thought you were and who he was accusing you of being.

Don't ask me.

Obviously there are a lot of conspiracy theories as to who I am.

Not that I am pro or con for this but....

For those of you that think Miami sucks so bad.....why would we make that move?

That is something you do when you are adding final pieces to the puzzle...to put you over the edge. Not something a rebuilding team does that has so many other needs....
