Looks fast out in space but how is he in traffic? On the roster, he is listed under "others"-not a good sign.

I heard the same. However, I also heard that this guy is virtually a carbon copy of Davone Bess. Bess is damn good, mind you, but we really don't need another guy with those attributes. Perhaps he's faster? Bess is too slow to be a really good punt return man, he just has the hands for it. We need a good punt returner. A Davone Bess-type with speed could fill that bill.

Lets pretend to be serious for a moment. LT's offenses amount to a. three arrests for drug possession and b. allegedly leaving the scene of an accident. This is a "career criminal"? Do you really think that a + b = rape of a fifteen year old?

Don't jump to conclusions: there isn't anything even close to evidence in this story. I know Taylor isn't Mr. SqueakyClean, but the first thing I thought was, "I wonder who set him up?" In today's America, to make an accusation is to secure a conviction-at least in the public eye. These kinds of machinations on ex-or current NFL players are very common these days. Easy money.

I think you're mistaken about the speed of our backup WRs. Their watch times may not be great, but they "out-quicked" a lot of DBs last year. We were very effective in the short passing game, and with Hartline, who does have good speed, in the medium game. We were deficient in the long game (a byproduct of Ginn's lack of hands) and our YAC - which is Marshall's long suit. Another rookie

I think last year was a wash in the early going for Fasano. He had that terrible 2-fumble game against Atlanta in the first week that seemed to throw him into a funk, but by mid-season, and for the rest of the year, he looked like his old self.

He has better hands and speed than Fasano, but he can't block worth a damn. Fasano has decent hands, but is a much better blocker and is much tougher on those brutal receptions over the middle.

I'm confused. Why would some columnist in Detroit be shilling for one of our guys? If one of the Dolphins writers did that, we'd tear him up.

People have short memories. Wait a year, maybe two (IF possible) as they usually do, then give the number to an incoming rookie. Nobody will ever say a thing.

I find it interesting that all mention of Brandon Marshall's "baggage" has vanished from this site like a puff of smoke.

I completely agree. If Howard David was a Jests fan, he kept it well under wraps. He was a professional.

Anybody that "chalks up an Automatic Win" in this league is crazy.

Welcome back, ghoti. ESPN is in Bristol, Conn. , and I don't think they have quite gotten a grip on the concept of "objectivity".

Draft grades are, at this point, TOTALLY useless. Let's see these guys on the field.

I noticed that this Silver guy says he's been covering pro football for 20 years. Has he? I didn't know, and I suspect most people didn't. Could be he was trying to make a name for himself with this non-story.

This is the first time I've EVER heard this sentiment expressed by ANYBODY: "we have too many picks"?!?!

I thought ESPN was better yesterday, but they can't seem to keep up today. They're letting Berman talk too much. NFL Network doing a better job keeping up, but not much. They've got three days this year! You would think they could stay on top of things better.

So..why would we want a guy with bad knees coming out of college? It doesn't matter how talented he is if he's not on the field.

Interesting point of view..I also remember JT saying his signing would be held off until after the draft. So he knew the timetable going in. Hmmmm.

No. Parcells tried to go around JT's agent and lowball him. It didn't work, so JT is gone.

Depends how successful he is. If he plays poorly, they will ride him out of town on a rail, there won't be any endorsements at all. At best, it will be an uphill battle - he's been rather direct about his dislike for Jets' fans.

If all player movement in the league is money-motivated, as some posters on this site insist, do you think that JT really believes that taking short money from a hated division rival to play one season is worth all the endorsement money he is giving up here in Miami? JT's popularity - until now, that is - was just behind Danny's, and he is making MILLIONS in endorsements. JT is something less tha
