He was a MLB, but was stuck behind Laurinaitis. Then, as a senior, he got moved to the strongside. Spitler says Parcells told him that he met all 7 of his LB requirements, whatever they may be. Re: Austin Spitler ILB/Ohio St

Projected Round (2010): FA. 1/8/10: Had 38 tackles and five TFL as a senior. 2/19/09: Will see more action with James Laurinaitis gone. Austin Spitler had 11 tackles in 2008. 8/3/08: Austin Spitler has seen a good amount of action in his first two seasons at Ohio State, but has yet to start. He had 26 tackles in 2007. You are cocky, and you make stupid statements that really show you to be uninformed. Obviously if we want to be a big physical tough football team were going to want strong linebackers not unathletic wimps. I am just pointing out that Spitler fits the profile of what the front office is looking for Mike O get with the program. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
