Not sure I agree with this. Yeremiah Bell had one a few years ago, I don't think he lost much speed or agility. If he did, he would be Mr. All-World about now if he hadn't had the injury. Maybe he's the exception rather than the rule.

He was excellent in big games, no doubt about it. But the 'best "BIG GAME" QB probably ever!'? No, I don't think so. Terry Bradshaw was just OK the rest of the year, but when it was money time, he was at his best. Four(4!)Super Bowl wins and bunches of playoff game wins say so. And Otto Graham was just OK during the season, too but if you win 10 championships in your eleven years, you'r

Maybe he figured that they weren't talking about him enough on NFL Network!

Get real. It's amazing how many first year players get hurt, then go on to have stellar careers. For a start, just look at Kim Bokamper.

Perhaps, but its been over one hundred degrees every day so far. That's why I haven't gone yet. I'll wait till it cools off a little.

"I actually think Steve Young was overrated, along with Troy Aikman" I definitely agree with this, though I didn't like Montana much. That may have had something to do with Super Bowl XIX, though.

MikeO, stop ridiculing other's opinions. Disagree with them all you want, that's what we're here for, but ridicule is over the top and out of bounds.

I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't show up anywhere. I don't think anybody wants a QB with a 5-cent head and a lukewarm attitude.

I liked Norman Hand, he played well in San Diego and I wasn't particularly happy when we sent him there. Condolences to his family.

Don't blame me. Only date I see on this article is "written May 27, 2009". "fail to ignore"? Yes, I suppose so.

1758. Re: Week 6
Why wouldn't Ben play? It might be week 6 for us, but its week 7 for them. Don't forget the bye week.

I don't disagree that Davis got abused at times last year, I think it was because he consistently covered the other team's best receiver, and they will always go to their best receiver. Also, always go after the rookie. I watched both of our rookies closely, and Davis seems the more solid of the two. Smith did things last year that made me cringe. Specifically: watch him in both the Saints game(w

I think Will Allen starts opposite Vontae Davis. Contrary to popular opinion, I do not like Sean Smith's cover skills, and he doesn't tackle well. Also, I apparently have a higher opinion of Jason Allen than most posters and pundits do, I think that his physical skills make him a viable safety. Every chance he's been given in a game, he's produced.

You have to have the ball to eat up the clock. If your defense is giving up that many points in two quarters, the QB doesn't have time to do much. Look at Reich's stats for the first half.

This is one of the sillier comments ever made on this site. A QB puts 35 points up in the first half of a playoff game and loses? Sounds like his defense let him down big-time. Which they did. They didn't give him the ball very much in the second half, either.

"He is not starter material in the NFL." How do you know this? You should not make snap judgments without the facts to back them up. This guy hasn't played a down in the NFL, and statistics in the Canadian league DO NOT translate to the NFL. So, you present a personal opinion as a fact - again.

Yes, but my point is- is he fast enough to be effective returning punts, and maybe kicks too?
