I bet Henne would play better if he had hair like Brady's.

Lets remember who brought Sparano in and with whom was he attached. Parcell's gave Sparano his shot, then handcuffed him to Henning. And with Henning having years of senority, there wasn't much Sparano could do, even if he wanted to change things. I did not want to bring Sparano back because of the conservative offense. But maybe he couldn't do much, with Parcel's looming over, and not wanting

The last 3 years have been sooo boring to watch. I truly appreciate Ross telling Sparano that the games don't need to be close. Belicheck does not let off the gas, EVER!! He enjoys blowing people out. And we haven't had a blowout win in a long time. It looks like Nolan lets the defense have some fun, and they are successful doing so. YOu have to give the offense the same opportunity, and I

Go get Gus Malzahn. Offer him a ridiculous contract, then draft Locker. Championship!!

He obviously hasn't done his job developing Henne, White, or Thig. I hope his conservative approach doesn't ruin the QB we draft, cause then we in the same boat we are in now.

I was hoping, if nothing else, his judgment of a young QB would help us draft the right one this time. Sparano/David Lee will just corrupt whoever we draft like they did Henne.

Why has there never been an Asian QB? I would love to see someone throw a football like a ninja star.

That is the South Beach culture, spend it like it don't mean sh*t. He is actually fitting in nicely. Thank you Mr.Ross for Marshall, Dansby, and hopefully Harbaugh. In the words of the great Kenny Powers "Dolla, Dolla Bills ya'll"

43. Sales
I have been in sales for over 15 years, had all the big classes, blah, blah, blah. But the one concept that stays the same in closing the sale...you don't let the buyer walk when he is ready to buy. I per the concept, if Ross did not close him earlier today, and now Harbaugh is shopping himself again, its not going to happen. Ross must have pulled his ace "I will give you 8 million a year

It is obvious that the players are playing uptight. If you watch Sparano in press conf, he is always throwing out numbers and stats. Well, Jerry Jones said it best in the 60 minutes interview, numbers don't mean crap. Points on the board and wins do. I worked for a guy that reminds me alot of sparano, loves the power, tries to come up with quarky/fun ideas to motivate, brushes with a fine com

I truly appreciate when players are not scared to be honest about what is going on. I really get tired of Sparano(and I guess most coaches) acting like everything is ok. I am sure most of you have read what Marshall has been saying today regarding David Lee. You have to let your star receiver make plays for you!! And I love the fact Thiggy was willing to do just that. That is why he has "

Henne doesn't have "IT", and that is the deep desire and drive to win. He is non-shalant all the time. Those same guys you list all had the drive.

So your saying he can't adapt his coaching style? He has coached in NFL before, its not a new thing to him.

Sparano does not know how to properly motivate MEN. He treats these guys like highschoolers with the "Feed the Wolf" and stuff like that. He was a win away from "hip, hip, hooray" till Zorn did it before him. The years Marino went 8-8, at least the games were entertaining. I worry about Cowher having the same conservative approach. I really hope they make a push for Harba

Have to agree with you Mial, I like Thig as well. Some of his throws may be questionable, but at least he lets his receivers try to make a play. I respect Sparano, but I think his mentality needs to go...along with David Lee and Penny.

Don't forget Cowher and Gruden have been studying EVERY TEAM in the league for their current positions. Hell, they probably know more about whats going on then current coaches, and that outside perspective will only help.

Henning isn't the one throwing the ball. Sure, the playcalling is terrible, but when henne does finally throw over 30 yards, its not even close. You, I, and even opposing defenses know that he locks on. And lastly, his game management is horrible. Don't forget, he got benched this year, it just didn't last long cause of injury.

I live in Nashville, go to Titans games, and have to listen to all the local sports show. If you remember the draft, Fisher did not want Vince. That came from the owner, Bud Adams. Fisher and Vince have never gotten along, well because, Vince doesn't work hard. He has alot of talent, but doesn't think practice and film study help. Fisher could not go out and get another Big Name QB or draft

I watched Henne check down twice in the last 30 seconds of game. I saw him overthrow a deep ball to Marshall. I saw him stare down receivers. And most importantly, I saw him NOT GIVE A DAMN!! I was listening to the Bernie Kosar show this morning and he couldn't even spin it positively. He said all good QB's know not to check down in that situation. You throw the ball away. And if a bad

I hate to admit it, but the game went down perfectly. What happens if we win? Pride, respect, ect. blah, blah. No, we fall farther in the draft process. But the reason I am sooooo happy about it, is the way it all went down. If Henne doesn't throw those two int's, then the lameduck media would be talking about how Henne had a great game. He probably sticks around. If we win that game

The reason they don't throw the deep ball, is because Henne can't. He has the arm, but damn sure doesn't have the accuracy. It showed on the Marshall TD...errr incompletion.
