Dude I have been saying fire Henning since the offseason. LOL I kinda started that bangwagon, but still Henne lose's us games man regardless of play calling, you can't throw the crap he does and win.

RE: Good points, Henne does do what he is told to do...that has been reported over the past few weeks. And that's a problem to be sure if he does it all of the time. But, is that a condition of his employment because of the coaches or is it innate to Henne? I want to see him play with a speedy (4.40 or better) high quality WR added to the group making a much more dangerous receiving corps, a speedy running back and a speedy pass catching tight end. Then have them use a more effective offense that allows for some freelancing from the quarterback. If he can't do it then...he really will have no excuse.
I also want us to draft a quarterback this year and my choices would be from this list barring a player dropping for some reason.
All of these guys have potential and would be good developmental players that have the ability to eran the starting job. The additional upside is that we would not have to part with a plethora of draft picks and/or players to aquire one of them.
The offensive scheming appears pretty poor, but there is no play that calls for Henne to throw the ball to the other team in the fourth quarter with a lead. Just like there is no play that calls for Henne to NOT throw to Marshall or throw the ball into the ground 5 yds in front of the receiver.
I'm certainly not satisfied with Henning OR Sparano but perhaps, just perhaps the coaching staff see things like the defense playing the run, or that the run is getting stuffed and they simply ask their QB to make a play, BUT HE CAN'T!
Henne is a QB with caretaker skills who thinks he is Joe Montana.
HENNE SUCKS, GET OVER IT, MOVE ON, HENNE CAN'T GET IT DONE AGAINST THE FREAKIN' LIONS WITH A LEAD IN THE 4th QTR! HE IS NOT A COMPETENT NFL QB!!!
Either be a Dolphin fan or a Henne groupie! NO Fan can call this guys play GOOD when taken as a whole. AND EVEN ON BAD TEAMS, Good QB's play QB well!
Their was a guy on NFL Today yesterday who used to wear #13 for our team and knows more about playing QB then all of us to the 10th power. He has said on air on several occasions that Henne hasn't shown the ability. Yet the man crush of some persist. WHY!?!?!
This guy has had three years now in the NFL, two as a starter and shown us nothing. And yet some scream to fire everyone but Henne and rebuild ANOTHER team around HIM! ONLY THEN will we know if he's any good. WITF(What Is The Fasination)?!?!?!?!
BEATEN BY THE LIONS WITH A THIRD STRING QB...I NEED A DRINK!
Look man seriously did you see the coverage, have you not noticed Henne can't stop staring at wr's bring in the safty to pick off the pass's?
Good god man he is a average back up QB thats it.
He just doesnt have "IT", and you can be as blind as you want.
95 percent of the fans realize this, and I highly dought that 95 percent of us are wrong, and the lonely 5 percent which includes you is correct.
Kinda playing the numbers on this one. ALSO I never see you respond to anything that isnt Chad Henne related, so again Mr Henne please leave this board.

No I don't want to bring in a first round pick unless I think one is there that we won't over spend on.
I like Thigpen, and think he is a NFL starting QB.
I want us to trade down in this draft, and acquire picks like Denver did last year, then overhaul our O-line, and bring in a pass catching TE.
I want this team to go get Vincent Jackson at all cost, to shore up our wr core, making this team deadly on offense if we had the o-line to open up the running lanes, and pass defense.
Korry Sheetz is the speed back we need, and have, but will be useless to use if we can't open up running lanes by bringing in top notch O-lineman it won't matter.
Also bring in a new OC, and were set man, simple as that.
Easy cheesy if I was the GM, but Im not instead you have some Metro sexual Jeff Ireland who has his head so far up his a.. that it will take 100 trips to the diamond mind panning the river next to it to find that one gem.
You will never be able to reason with the Henne fanboys. They are probably Michigan fans who can't let go.
The rest of us know that he is a guy who:
- Can't read a defense.
- Can't look off a safety.
- Can't go through his progressions.
- Can't deliver the ball accurately on most throws.
- Can't feel the rush or the pocket.
- Can't put any touch on his short stuff.
- Can't stop DANCIN'. Love those HAPPY FEET.
- Can't take any blame for his own mistakes.

Actually the probability of a first rounder making it or not is just under 50% for ALL POSITIONS, look up the stats. Yet you want us to draft ANOTHER lineman or DB that high. Yea they will be paid less, but I'm a fan not a cost accountant. Ross' money is not my main concern. The farther down you go the worse it gets, exponentially. We have been trying the 'late rounds jewel' and journeyman routes for over 10 years now and have gained NOTHING. Yes, for every Manning there is a Russell, but for every Brady there are 1000 Henne's. I'm not prepared to wait 1000 drafts to save Ross a few bucks. We have had a string of management that has marginalized the QB position and what you see now is where it has gotten us.

Yes, some of it is, but players have to make plays.

Heard this crap about Feeley, Beck, Lucas, etc, etc, where are they now?
Clovis doesnt watch henne play he doesnt follow his dead, in relation to the ball being snapped, and following his eye's the whole time, just to see his ball either A, get batted at the line by the D-lineman who is following Henne's eyes, or B, get the ball picked by the safty following Henne's eye's.
I watched Henne check down twice in the last 30 seconds of game. I saw him overthrow a deep ball to Marshall. I saw him stare down receivers. And most importantly, I saw him NOT GIVE A DAMN!!
I was listening to the Bernie Kosar show this morning and he couldn't even spin it positively. He said all good QB's know not to check down in that situation. You throw the ball away. And if a bad play comes in from above, you change it at the line. Henne has proven he can't win at the end of games, and in todays NFL, most games will come down to the last 5 minutes.

Yes, I did watch the game, slip or not, you don't throw that pass with the score tied and 2 min left. I just watched it again, the route was jumped even before Bess slipped, An INT would have been touch and go either way. HENNE WAS STARING BESS DOWN.
We can argue particulars of every play but answer me a question. DO you honestly believe Henne's overall body of work this year has been good?
-Bad team or not, 15 TD's against 18 int's is good QB play?
-77 is the QB rating we're after?
-4th QTR 5 TD's, 12 INT's - 57 rtg Good?
-Last two min's 2 TD's, 5 INT's - 55 rtg Good?
-5 Chances this year to pull out a game winning drive...0 for 5 Good?
Come on, this guy is not helping our team and has shown no signs of being able to do so.
Henne is a SLOTH and that’s the end of that story. Just move on…
In truth, it doesn’t matter what Henne’s supposed supporters think about the dude, the proof is in the results - and his results are mostly awful.
Don’t worry because he’ll (most likely survive by default and) get his chance to SLOTH it up again next spring with a new staff. Sure he could become ALL-PRO but more likely the Mayan’s were right and 2012 is THE END.
No more Henne. No more football. No more world. It’s kind of ironic.
If Henne had a supporting cast we'd be in the SB this year.
Henning has a tortuous Vulcan mind-meld on the poor kid and I don’t think he’s sleeping well at night.
The WR’s are trained to make Henne look bad because…(see the conspiracy theory with 3 blind monks on the grassy knoll).
The OL is disjointed dysfunctional and dyslexic.
Sparano is a New England native SOB who came here in support of the 3 blind monks on the grassy knoll who hate Miami because it’s sunny and warm.
Billy Goat directs the evil empire and teases Henne with warm salted peanuts (via the mind-meld conduit Henning has installed).
Henne has a nasty sinus infection which gets the football all snotty and slippery and that’s the only reason he’s ever so slightly off target. Other than that his QB rating would be tops in the league.
