I hate to admit it, but the game went down perfectly. What happens if we win? Pride, respect, ect. blah, blah. No, we fall farther in the draft process. But the reason I am sooooo happy about it, is the way it all went down.
If Henne doesn't throw those two int's, then the lameduck media would be talking about how Henne had a great game. He probably sticks around.
If we win that game then next week against a New England team that probably will play at 80%, then Sparano and crew get another shot. I actually won't be surprise if Belechik tells his team to lose. That way their "division rival" will lose another draft spot AND this group of bad coaches will stay in his division.
But by us losing, and by the way we lost, the pressure to make the MUCH NEEDED CHANGES should push Ross to do something. I like Sparano, but his staff and their "don't lose the game" approach doesn't work in todays game.

I have to agree. Maybe detroit did us a favor afterall.
It takes a guy who doesnt care about loseing the game.
It takes a guy that says win or lose we are going to have fun, and go out like men.
None of this BS lets not turn the ball over, how is that working out for ya Sparano??
More like go out there kick the f.ck out of em, and if you can't produce and do the job at hand in which you make a really nice living, kick rocks, because we don't want your garbage smelling up the joint!
However I'm not the hc, so I can't bring that mentallity to the club, only you lovely men.
Don't forget Cowher and Gruden have been studying EVERY TEAM in the league for their current positions. Hell, they probably know more about whats going on then current coaches, and that outside perspective will only help.
