1. Give him room to succeed, but make it conditional upon success 2. Sparano has laid an egg 2 years in a row coming down the stretch 3. If it was the QB or OC then it should be fixed, like the defense was this year with replacements. 4. let's hope Sparano has the good sense to let the new OC open things up, and not be micromanaged.
