Anyone Else have No Interest in Harbaugh as HC?

I am not interested in Jim Harbaugh as HC. Not in the least.

No College Coaches. Especially at that asking price.

Miami is a storied franchise that needs an iconic coach. We don't need a "Jim Harbaugh" and we certainly don't need to look like panicing fools going after him. It's a disgrace and sign of things to come under Mr. Ross..

The story ain't been pretty lately.

Harbaugh could be GREAT or...

At least it's an attempt to make a BIG impact.

I'm all for that...

I am not sold on the move, especially at that price. I would rather the big splash be a young Qb move. If it is both then I can live with it.

Again, Who cares what the price is???? Really!? WHO CARES?

His salary is coming directly out of Ross's pocket, not the salary cap, so I dont care.

For a team losing money, it is not good. Ross has proved one thing since overpaying for the Dolphins... He knows how to lose money in the NFL. I would rather him throw that 8 million a year at a FA or a high draft pick then at a coach like Harbaugh.....

that is a team losing money based on what people can estimate, theres no way were actually losing money.

With that said i dont really like the idea of a college coach, but i do like the idea of him at least being a big name guy, shows were making an effort at least of being a winning franchise.

"It's been fun to get the reaction of visiting coaches to the color of their locker room. Most don't notice it, but those that do are in trouble. . . . When I talk to an opposing coach before a game and he mentions the pink walls, I know I've got him. I can't recall a coach who has stirred up a fuss about the color and then beat us.” Hayden Fry

We are losing Money, the estimation is by Forbes, and if anything it is light. And it only takes in consideration the stadium debt from the construction that was done on the stadium before the last Superbowl in Miami. It is a couple hundred million dollars. It doesnt include the 1.1 billion dollars and the debt involved with the actual purchase of the team. If you spend 1.1 billion dollars at 6 percent that is 60 million a year. on top of that

Pay 8 million for a guy, he comes in and wins Superbowels, you start profiting money.

That's what Ross is banking on.

That is the South Beach culture, spend it like it don't mean sh*t. He is actually fitting in nicely. Thank you Mr.Ross for Marshall, Dansby, and hopefully Harbaugh. In the words of the great Kenny Powers "Dolla, Dolla Bills ya'll"

If homeboy wants to spend a shitload of money for something he wants, as long as it doesn't count towards the cap, I couldn't give a flip. Go for it big baller.
