I've been told from people close to the locker room, and even by 1 agent directly that Joe Philbin is respected about as much as a shoe within the locker room.
He has no leadership qualities, and the agent told me directly that the players biggest issue is his "lack of fire and passion". The agent told me that the Joe Philbin we see on the sidelines is the exact same Joe Philbin the

Absolutely, Joe.
Think about it like this, the Jets team is so garbage, but yet he has them believing they can win every game. These are grown ass men.
What kind of influence would he have in the living room of a 16 or 17 year old kid, when he tells them "You want to play in the NFL? You want to play in a NFL system? Play for me."
He would destroy the recruiting scene. Na

Yeah, Saban looked the same way in the NFL.
Go ahead and beg for Rex, you may get a copycat version of Alabama right in your backyard.

Should be the next DC of the Dolphins...
BUT
Would be the perfect fit as the Head Coach of Michigan.
If UM can't land Harbaugh or Miles, Ryan is by far the next best option & here's why:
1. He's a brilliant Defensive mind. Michigan wants to run old school, smash mouth FB. That's exactly Rex's style.
2. He is a 2nd tier branch off of the Bo Schembechler coaching tree, so that fu

Ian is a good buddy of mine. No, he doesn't do this for a living, he's just a college kid.
He uses the NFL Rewind All-22 film that the NFL drops on NFL.com to break down the game.

If we are anything less than 10-6, which is most likely probable, the Dolphins should clean house.
Mediocrity is unacceptable. Philbins 3 year record would be below .500. Its flat out unacceptable.

And don't give me the BS about lack of opportunities, there have been a dozen or so of those exact scenario type missed opportunities since Wallace got here.

Landry has upside as a good #2 in this league.
The real difference in Landry and McDuffie is that OJ produced very little YAC.
Landry has the potential to bust 20, 25, 30 yard plays with his YAC ability.
Landry is very much similar to Hines Ward. Closest comparison

Mike Wallace can run faster than Landry backwards.

I think if he could just hit one, it would do a lot for his & Wallace's confidence in this area.
Unfortunately, I am not sure if they will ever hit on one.

That is probably the most laughable statement I've ever seen on this website.
Do you realize the Dolphins current #2 WR has had almost ZERO impact this season

Can you breakdown the exact route trees over the course of the last 5 games?
Not breakdown every single route, but in general, can you tell me what the premise of their route tree is?

That's actually the scary part, because, the Offense isn't going anywhere. If he cant succeed in this offense, then, welp, he really doesn't have a place in it.
