im just bating those old school guys I have been arguing with for a few years now... Only 2 years ago when RG3, Wilson was coming into the league and cam was in his first year throwing for 4000 yards I felt like a lone voice on this board telling people that there is no such thing as "running" qb, running is merely an option in the read progression and it is "mobile/ dual" thr

People are too reactive... defense wins championships is an old cliché and don't know if it still applies. Below is the superbowl winners over the past decade. 2013 Champs: Seahawks 17th offense/ 1th Defense 2012 Champs: Ravens 16th offense/ 17th Defense 2011 Champs: Giants 8th Offense/ 27st Defense 2010 Champs: Packers 9th offense/ 5th Defense 2009 Champs: Saints 1th offense/

Win the superbowl... Russel Wilson has shown me nothing, he moves around to much... to be a great qb you have to be a pure "pristine" pocket passers, and unless he stops moving around so much and sits in the pocket he will never be great.

Lol... Yeah, if he is innocent he should not get anything, of he is guilty he should lose a season like the list of others ie brothers that have... The reason is obvious... Smh Don't really blame manziel, the rule is stupid and now that it applies to the other man I hope it changes....

Last years hiesman trophy winner (incase you have been under a rock) received money for his autographs which is an NCAA infraction and received a 30 minute suspension... Incase you don't know similar infractions will and have resulted in year long suspensions... Thoughts?

There was lots of debate on this board as to whether it was better to come out when your stock is high or stay for another year to try and win a college title... Well with this years qb's dropping I think there is no question that it is better to come out when your stock is high. Im talking about Matt Barkley and Landry Jones (remember him lol). These guys if they came out last year were not

yeah i like the assessment. With our needs at OT I thought that we were getting him to package in a deal with KC for albert. When two more DE were taken with the 5 and 6 picks I realized that miami's intel must have told them that we need to move now. I agree with you in that I am impartial to the move. I think he has promise but I look at him as more of a mid/late round talent. I think #3 y

Born in brooklyn NY then moved to NJ but hated all NY, NJ teams for some strange reason. When I was young like 8ish (84', 85' season maybe) the dolphins would come on and what kid dont love the colors of orange and turquise lol... I was a kid but can remeber them making it to the AFC championship against the patriots. How would history have been different if we would have beaten the patsies and

Yes it has long been time to come off of this aristocratic archaic "pure" passer concept that should apply to ALL qb's. Any joker with two eyes can see the huge advantage of having a guy that can pass when protected (which ANY professional qb can do, even the 3rd string guy). Now add to that an ability to attack a defense with your legs when things break down. What arent people under

OK truth... You took me literally I did not phrase it correctly. What I meant is looking at qb's drafted in the 80's. if you include guys that played in the 80's but drafted in the 70's and late 60's then you would have to also include the all qb's drafted going all the way back 3 decades! quite a bit of footwork so let me condense your list (which was quite impressive i must say) HOF QB dra

OK lets try this again... There is no law on how to play the qb position. The reality is a qb's job is three things 1) WIN THE GAME, 2) PROTECT THE FOOTBALL, 3) LEAD HIS TEAM. I dont think anywhere it says for a qb to be a "pure" pocket passer. If you like that then thats your perogative, but if a guy can pass and run then you SHOULD cater to ALL of his strengths... Yes but I think that you are missing my point. Everyone on this board and media think that just because a guy can run that means that he cant pass. This might surprise you but I hope that the league figures out this "pistol" nonsences. Wilons, colin, cam and expecially RG3 are legitamate "passers" and should not be treated like gimics. The coaching staff should be using

wow missed alot lol, must say i read alot of rediculous things on this board so lets compare RG3 to luck in passing and rushing... Passing: 1) Someone explain why RG3 is considered a guy that can only run when in college he threw for 4293 total yards, 37 TDs/ 6int compared to the great andrew luck in college 3517 total yards, 37 TDs/ 10ints... Further he beat luck for heisman and rookie of th

Yup you are right, I am happy that you find such joy in seeing a promising young NFL superstar get debilitated... however there is no need since there are more where he came from... You see college football is populated with RG3's, there were RG3's before him and there will be RG3's long after him. The NFL floodgates are open now home boy and you and your confederate like philosophies on how qua
