I know right? They should dock his pay. That bastard.

McGahee according to Adam Schefter has a list of teams he is looking to shop his services to that include San Diego and yes, Miami. At 31 years old, coming off an injury last year, as a GM I think a long time before I take a flyer.

OTA's and mini camp plus the pre season determine who will make the team. My interest is huge for that reason alone.

Am i missing something here? I don't think I've had any direct interaction with you Finshady so I'm a little lost as to why you make such a post. I've closed one thread since being made a mod and it had nothing to do with you. As for your statements dealing with what kind of political and sociological stance us mods have, while it really doesn't have much to do with how we run the forum, fyi I ha

Makes some sense. Its not like the situation with the Jests. No one who is sane can argue Tebow should start over Brady, no matter what the win loss column says.
Side note: I was busy today bidding for a 2.1 million dollar construction job. I wasn't able to deal with the "echo" earlier.

ESPN has always had a negative bias against Miami. Truth said it best. If that body of work doesn't get you GOAT I don't know what does.

While personally i generally detest most Boston teams(Pats, Red Box, im a Dolphin and Rays fan), i am not big into hockey. So i can give you a pass on this one as i have no vested interest. That being said, just about everyone on this forum can relate to a fan of a team that hasn't had success for a long time. So hey, i hope you get your wish and you get to have the cup this year.

What a game. LeBron was cold most of the game except during the third quarter 33-5 run, but unlike game 1, everybody else chipped in. The aggressiveness on defense was amazing. Any time you hold Tim Duncan to 9 points, you're playing some stout defense. LeBron's block on Spiller was bad ass. YouTube it if you missed the game. Now we are off to san Antonio for three games. Gonna be hard. We need t

Yea i guess the Marino aspect is a valid point. A similar situation would be the Rams with Torry Holt and the other receiver whose name escapes me at the moment.

Keys to tonight's win over the Spurs:
- Bosh needs to stop shooting three pointers.
- The bench needs to come up big. The team is gassed from the Pacer series.
- LeBron needs to be more aggressive and take it to the hole. Stop pulling up and shooting twelve footers. If he takes it in the paint he will go to the charity stripe more.
We do these things and i guarantee a win.

When i stop and think about it, Philbin wants to run a fast paced offense. When you have a group of WR's that can bounce around, it facilitates that goal versus having a guy who only plays slot and is useless if placed outside. You can put Mathew's in the slot in a three wide out set and then pop him outside if you go to a two wide out set without waiting for a man to come in of the sideline. I l

The Mount Dolphinmore post triggered a thought for me because we started talking about the greatest players of our beloved franchise.
Together, the Mark brothers were the best set of wideouts the Dolphins have ever had. What I'm wondering is, and some of the older folk are going to have to help on this one as I was still a kid during the 80's, would Duper or Clayton have had the same or near

That's kind of the point. Going off of strictly off season information, I wanted to see who could come closest to predicting the outcome of the season. Give it a whirl!

To say that if Gibson doesn't produce you expect to see Hartline in the slot means you aren't getting what Philbin has in mind when it comes to his WR core. Even if Gibson plays well in the slot, you will see Hartline in the slot. You will see them all in all spots.

I guess when it comes to the level of hate I have for the Jets vs. the Pats, at this point it's pretty much a dead even thing. I think the thing i realize is that I hate the Pats more over the past decade because of their dominance over Miami, while I have hated the Jets my entire life like an eternal enemy. I remember back in the 90's when the Bills were the dominant team in the East. I had the

Fact is LeBron is a very unselfish player. He always looks for the open man instead of forcing a bad shot. Problem is no one else is able to produce points right now. With Bosh going flat and Wade's body failing him, he's going to have to carry this team to a title by taking more shots.
On a side note, I read a quote from Wade this morning that said something to the effect that the playoffs a

I look forward to it. The way i see it, if more success by the dolphins means more traffic on this board, I hope we get swamped!
Thank you guys for the well wishes. As we have seen in recent weeks, especially when confronted with haters, we are a very tight knit group, and I consider it an honor to be able to help in any way i can.

I never really got the whole lack of understanding the playbook thing. If you are paid to play football, in my opinion you should take the playbook and basically eat, sleep, and cram with it 24/7. Even the players with less than stellar iqs would soak it up at that rate.

The hot wife and all that crap is something the media likes. It helps keep him in the news. That's about all that counts for. His skill set and intangibles simply justify the risk of picking him high in the draft. The question of whether he was worth it will only be answered by how he plays throughout his career.
