The whole point is that Dr. Feelgood said that 1) we should relax because the guy really didn't intend harm and 2) people get hysterical about guns and it's all about anti-gun sentiment.
He is wrong on both counts.
Number 1, the point is that no one can read anyone's mind. The rules are there for everyone. No one is saying that he should now be tried as a terrorist. If you read all of th

Okay, Doctor Feelgood. So guns are okay in the hands of the right people and not okay in the hands of the wrong people.
But if the gun is at your home wherever you keep it there, no problem. But at the airport, how do we tell the difference? Tell us, O wise one?

Yeah, he had it loaded and cocked with a round in the chamber although he had the safety on.
I find it hard to believe he forgot it.
Of course, he was not trying to hijack the plane either.
That leaves only stupidity for believing either he could sneak it through or that his status as a celebrity would give him immunity.
Felony stupidity.

That's true. We have a lot of time and space. Pennington being invited to the White House has a Miami Dolphin connection. If it's boring, no one is asking you to do more than glance at it and move on.
I don't see the dangerous path either.

Henne and Thigpen are both the real deal (deals). As I said in another post, QB is the one position we ought NOT be thinking about in the draft.

And to make my meaning clear, how someone can be so overboard politically that they would deprecate a visit to the White House no matter who is in power Bush or Obama, to me is a sign that we didn't breed wackos when I was at Berkeley campus in the 60's, the youth today are truly spoiled wackos who just can't stand it when their side loses.

RESPONSE: No, it is I who am happy to be in the political center and freed of the lunacy of both the left and the right.

I had been behind in both my newspaper reading and my reading on this board until I read the blurb catching up on old copies of the LA Times from last week.
This idiot attempted to take a LOADED gun in his CARRY-ON BAGGAGE at the airport. Not tried to have it shipped with his checked in baggage but TRIED TO TAKE IT ON THE PLANE.
He should be given 15 years for the offense aggravated by ano

Response: The "dummy" comment was not meant for you, Mikeo. I capitalize SEASON and put your name in parenthesis so that you would not again confuse that I was talking about 2011-2012 instead of 2010-2011.
Unless you think that next SEASON refers to 2011-2012.

Well, we'll see who is the dummy next SEASON (Mikeo) when they pick or don't pick an RB.
The question is not what we need most but what do we get at what spot.
Now, if you say we trade out to get more picks, I think that's the wrong decision but an argument can be made for it.
But it is lunacy to pick a linebacker with the 12th pick because there is not one that justifies that high a p

Mikeo, I never thought you were as stupid as people claim you are but when I say next year, everybody knows we're talking about 2010-2011, not 2011-2012 so why are you rolling your eyes.

Mizzou gets the point. We will be AWFUL at RB next year. Yeah, you MIGHT get a great running back in the later rounds....MIGHT... but anybody who has been watching pro football since the fall of 1967 as an avid fan or since 1956 when playing midget football in the Jim Brown days, knows.....You got to get your QBs, RBs and WRs high. Now if you say there's a better crop out next year, that's le

This is a repost from what I posted on Ronnie was a 1.5....
Hey folks, the point is again that so many of you are so SECURE in our running back position that you REFUSE to think about taking a running back at No. 12.
If this were five years ago and we had Ronnie and Ricky, I'd see your point.
If you want to write off this season in order to come back with a perfect team the year after

Odenn and Mikeo, our running back situation is not Great. It is not Good. It is tenuous at best. As another poster stated above, if we don't have a running game,we have no passing game and if you think we were bad last year, just wait and see.
You guys seem to see a nearly perfect team with just a smudge spot at linebacker. You don't realize that what little we have at running back.

They had us taking a running back at no.

All this talk about Tim Tebow being a "winner," I don't follow college football that closely but aren't the Gators one of the best teams in the nation?
I mean it's not like that he plays for Portland State University and they are in the top 10 based on his performance.

Would you guys seriously cut Thigpen and keep Pennington if it came down to that?
That's delusional. Just comparing Thigpen's brief play with the significant limitations of Pennington, even when he was healthy, including the inability to throw the long ball, tell me that's crazy.
Of course, getting rid of either to keep Pat White at quarterback is beyond crazy. You have to be on the secre
