It depends what you trade for. 3rd rounder? No way. 2nd rounder? No. 1st? Maybe. It's trading a proven (not just proven, but among the leagues best at his positions) for an unknown. Good teams don't do that.

No Kolb. Every time somebody mentions that, God kills a kitten. And I hate the idea of moving up to grab Gabbert. He isn't proven by any means. He played in the spread. You're looking at a 2-3 year project with him, which is what was said about Henne but people were done with him after 1.5 years. The impatience is sickening.

I'm all set with a big-name signing. You don't need to for the RB position. There is so much talent out there that as long as your line is good, it can make an average RB look great. The only thing I think we should look for is a guy with a lot of speed.
