Mark has been calling for this move since the beginning. Marshall didn't fit into Peyton's offence.

If it's true that Manning is refusing to work out then he obviously isn't ready and hopes that he will be by opening day. That just isn't good enough for Miami to take a chance on. Let Denver have him. I'm thinking that it might be true that Manning is leaning toward Denver because of the cushy schedule. If that's the case then do we really want him?

For me it has nothing to do with the neck, nada. It has to do with the arm and the nerve damage in a 36 year old body. Some of you seem to think that hard work and dedication will restore Peyton to past glory. Some of you think that what he might lose in zip will be more than made up for with touch and accuracy. Doesn't it occur to you that nerve damage affects zip AND accuracy AND touch. Ther

Option 3; After months of rehab Manning faces the fact that he will never be better than 90 percent of the QB that he used to be. Taking a page from Dan the Man he decides to set his ego aside, retire as a colt with dignity, and accepted a cushy job as a Fox analyst. I pick option 3.

I have finally read somewhere that Philbin has told Ireland that he wants Flynn and actually the term was that he "needs" Flynn. I don't know who the source was. Kinda sounds like it may have come from a fly on the wall, but I read it in the comments section in the Sun Sentinel so, it was unsourced. But, that's the first thing that I've read about Philbin's position on the subject. Now

I think we'd be smart to let Philbin make that call.

MiaThunderStunner probably would have some comment on the name but, Plunkett was a #1 overall draft pick.

Manning certainly would put BUTTS in the seats for sure and he's the glitz that Ross craves. Even if we end at 8 - 8 Ross would consider the season a success from a purely business standpoint. My concern is if Philbin really wants Flynn to run his WCO but gets over ruled in favor of Pennington part deux and gets stuck trying to fit a round peg into the provebial square hole. After two lackluster

Every team that picks ahead of us has question marks at the QB position. That's part of the reason why they're picking ahead of us.

Hockey can be low scoring too sometimes, yet it's the fastest team sport in the world. Fluid, graceful and exciting to watch. The forwards substitute about every 90 seconds with no stoppage of play.

He has undeniable talent, although he has had a string of off-field problems and once broke a teammate’s jaw in a fistfight. I love it. Make him a team captain.

Yeah, I've seen that too. Now if you were to see a WR catch a 50 yard bomb on his foot, tap it to the other foot without it hitting the ground, straight up into the air in one motion and then kick it another 30 yards into the corner of the net wouldn't you sit up and take notice? That my friend, is Brazilian soccer.

Soccer has by far, the best all round athletes. Has anyone ever seen a basketball player do a back flip after a slam dunk? Watching world dominating teams like Brazil, Spain or Germany play is thing of beauty. There is a reason why it is by far the most popular sport in the world. If you want a high scoring affair, watch basketball. If you want speed and hard hitting, watch hockey. If you want t

I would certainly hope that any QB in training camp, whether a project, FA, or veteran, would be given a fair shot to impress the coaches. Moore doesn't have anything locked up with a new coaching staff and only a vague idea of what system they intend to run. I consider Moore a solid 10 win QB with the team that we finished the season with. With a better o-line and better catching from the WRs a

It really doesn't take much to get you two going on any subject. I can't speak for the others but I clearly stated (at least to me) to draft a QB after the first round, not in the late rounds. Whether or not it will be Flynn will be entirely on Philbin. Whether or not Manning would even be a serious option depends on alot of big "IFs" and whether or not he would even consider a team

Once again, we'll just have to wait and see which direction the NEW coaching staff will decide to go and what our needs will be. Until we hear from them we are just dreaming.

I think Sam may have to settle for a birthday cake and a pair of socks. The price is just too high to move up to the #2. It's ludicrous to imagine that a 6 - 10 team is just a QB away. Once again we are starting from scratch with a brand new set of coaches. If we are switching to a west coast style offense and switching philosophies on defense then we are going to have needs that have to be ad

"None of the above" I would much prefer to see what Moore can do behind a really stout offensive line. Draft a project QB after the first round.

True Dolphin fans are ALWAYS convinced that we are only a few key players away, only one good draft away from the post season, only a couple of key free agent aquisitions AND maybe a new coaching staff away from the division title and probably only an elite QB away from the SB. Yada yada, been there done that, it's like that every year. Signing Peyton has the stink of desperation on it. The guy
