I expect anyone that we've invested time and money into, and that steps foot onto the field on Sundays, to be able to perform at some level. Haynos is an absolute train wreck!! Kory Sperry looks like a Pro-Bowler compard to him. Why wasn't Sperry in on that play??!! Or Fasano? From drops and missed blocks, to bad routes, the Haynos Experiment should have ended a long time ago. And add TE to

I agree with everyone else (except Dan Henning) that we didn't need to get cute on 1st and goal with a goofy halfback pass. Having said that, the play actually had a shot at working. It was either bad route design, or bad execution by the route runner, JOEY HAYNOS. It came as no surprise to me that a massively botched play involved HAYNOS. It's my opinion that he ran the route wrong, and shoul

Thursaday night road games SUCK! Short week, travel, major shake up in the offense. Carloina's on the rise, although they are suffering some significant injuries as well. Must contain Williams and Stewart, and pressure Delhomme. A "must win" game for both teams. I think the troops will rally around the loss of Ronnie and play inspired football, winning a close one: 23-21.

Who ever it was that was dying for us to draft him, must feel a little goofy trying to defend that stance now. Sure hindsight is 20-20, but he sucked in college too. He was all hype. How bout those two hail-marys at the end of the game: they traveled all of 50 yds in the air and landed 10 yds out of bounds. Both of them. The Cleveland fans couldn't boo him loud enough. Quinn is done, he'll b

We go from losing a game we should have won, to winning a game we should have lost. WOW!! That was payback for what the Jets have done to us in the past. Now critically speaking, I thought the offense played bad today, even with Jenkins missing. The play calling was miserable at times. Only threw deep once, not counting that clock killer. Dropped balls, missed receivers. Bad blocking all ov

Uh-oh, Rex cRyan has stated that this game is "personal". Ooooohh! Jets players are popping off on how they're looking for "payback". STFU!!! We almost had the Colts, and should have beaten the Saints. Two of the absolute best teams going. We need to go in there and punch them in the mouth early and often. Shut the crowd up, and then finish them, with an emphasis on

I haven't seen us blow a lead like that since the Meadowland Meltdown with Wanny behind the wheel. I have to say, the time out call before end of the 1st half, that subsequently backfired was VERY Wanny-esque. I'm not sayin anything, I'm just sayin.....

Well, typically when a team "defers", they have won the toss and usually control how they will start the game, on offense or defense. Of coarse we take the ball, or we'd be kicking off to them twice. cRyan wanted his D on the field, that's why he defered.

Another face job by the Dolphins was when the Jets won the coin toss and cRyan elected to kick-off so he could get his "vaunted" defense on the field first. How'd that work our cRyan?? Try an 80 yd, 7 1/2 minute drive ending with #23 slamming it in from the 1. CLASSIC!!!!!

Hey Monte, Take off the A&O glasses. The D played like $#!t. 61 yds on 11 carries is not shutting down the run. There was very little pressure put on Manning, the pass rush was a joke! CBs and safties who can't tackle an undersized TE are useless. The ILBs and OLBs were always slow and out of position. The colts had the ball for 15 mins the whole game, the equivelent to 1 qtr., and s

Uh, Randy Moss went to Marshall. Flacco went to Delaware. Brian Griese went to Michigan. Bad logic. As far as Jake Long goes, get off him. He's a second year guy who had a bad game against a perennial pro bowler. He'll learn from it and get better. The whole team played bad today except for the D front 7. Penny, Fasano, the secondary, Pat White (nerves), even Soprano. His use of the clock

The other issue is we don't have a true STUD #1 receiver ala: Moss, Fitz, Boldin, Cal Johnson, A. Johnson, B. Marshall, V. Jackson, S.Smith, to name a few. A true #1 is someone who just flat out abuses anyone who covers them, or tries to tackle them with huge RAC yards. If you think we have that type of true #1, I'd like to know who it is. IMO, that's on the agenda for next year.

He's fine. He's got 2 weeks to get better. Don't get too excited. Plus, I'd rather beat the Pats WITH Brady playing. I we can't, we're not good enough. Plain and simple.

I knew from the moment that punt bounced off his face, into the hands of Carolina, who then turned into 7 pts, he was gone!! He also bobbled a couple others. I think he got popped a few times and turned a bit sketchy. Has the speed, but not the stones to be a PR in the NFL.

I even saw Jake Long wiff on a block resulting in a run stuffed in the backfield. It's way early, but I also thought our o-line looked pretty sloppy.

Hey Thunder, How's that crow taste? Still feel the same way about him? From his comments, he sounds like a really cool dude, who can't wait to get into camp. He wants to get to know and "bond" with his fellow teammates, and can't wait to play some football. So far, he doesn't sound like the jerk you make him out to be. Do you have some inside info, or know him personally? Or are

Hey Monte, I consider the Monday Night Miracle put way behind us after we went into their yard, with their discarded QB, and snapped an 8 game losing streak to them, all while clinching the division and knocking them out of the playoffs. The MNM game pales in comparison to how we did them last year. Plus we got Mangina fired, and made Favre retire(he had been killing us for the last few year

My point is, at 28, Nnamdi has "settled in" at 210 lbs. I think Sean is still growing, and will outgrow the CB position, and become a beast at FS. Deep, over the top coverage from a stud center fielder is what this team has been missing for a long time.

Wonder why Clemons hasn't signed yet. He's a 5th rounder, what's the hold-up?

I see Smith filling out that 6'4" frame a little more over the next 3-4 years, making him a less quick and agile CB, but an absolute monster FS. I think he'll maintain most of his straight line speed, but lose a little quickness and agility to stay step-for-step with many of the leagues smaller/quicker receivers.

I think the best player from our 09 draft will be Sean Smith. I think he will become an awesome FS eventually. He reminds me of Steve Atwater: size, speed, and great instinct.

Anyone know offhand who was still available when Cam selected Beck. We must have missed out on a ton of talent at #40. Actually I don't want to know. It will only hurt.
