Running backs are basically a dime a dozen anymore, Miller was never a consistent game changer IMO, not overpaying for him is the least of my worries this offseason, not signing a veteran guard is another thing...... Back on topic, see what you get in the draft and back fill with a cheap veteran if needed after training camp cuts start happening

What difference would that make? If you think OV is worth 15+ mil a year then this looks like a stupid move, if you're in the camp that thinks he's worth about 12 mil a year and you're not willing to overpay for him then this move is OK. Not sure how using one or the other (or both) has to do with it?
