Definitely an improvement over Pennington but still needs some growing. Got to be more consistent when under heavy rush. I don't mean he's got to complete more, I mean he has to avoid throwing ints.
When he just let himself get sacked earlier in the season, that was bettter.

and what would making them park elsewhere prove?
The real fun is being able to see them get back into their car while dressed in your aqua & orange, wave "bye bye" and say
Y'ALL COME BACK SOON, NOW!

RESPONSE; See Reppa's answer above. Obviously we could have both. But the "they have four games left" comment lets you know that there are four more chances for the Saints to get beaten but had we lost today, then we would not have been able to have it both ways.

RESPONSE: And the traditional rule is that if the call is close, you never go with the call that will end the game.
In other words if you give the ball to the Skins, no big deal, they are on their own 37. If you give the ball to the Saints, however, they need 2 yards to get into 50 yard

Not the same as if they were playing the Pats or one of our AFC competitors, obviously they have four more games to play.

One in a million times you are lucky enough to get running into the punter. ONE IN A million times, you get a guy leaving before the sound of a punt.
One in a billion times they happen on the same punt.

Thank God for the arrogance of Bellicheat. That failure to kick the field goal, in my opinion, was a 6 point swing.
From 17-7 to 14-10. I think if they kick the field goal, we don't drive 83 yards.

Long bomb to Moss first. Vontae cut the wrong way and his back up was Gabril, nuff said (read about Gabril above, I agree).
Amazing how they just ran the ball in from the 7 yard line. Like I said in a post last week interior defensive run tackling.

Yeah, but in Clovis Phinatic's defense, that is not to say (which I certainly wasn't to answer him) that this Coaching staff did not on occasion run it when it should not have, particularly when Ronnie went out.
Is there anyone here that will defend its use EVEN ON ONE OCCASION when Pat White was sent in to run it in the Buffalo game? I thought those instances were wierd and almost traitorous

I don't know why they don't like the wildcat.
First, our losses have primarily been because we are unable to stop the other team from scoring.
The points our offense has given up on turnovers, have not been as a result of fumbling the ball out of the wildcat formation.
We are able to dominate time of possession.
Is it the fault of the wildcat that the other teams manage to score when

Given our draft history in the past 10 years or so, including passing on Drew Brees, Dolphin Sam, all I can say is that the Dolphin management are not persons in whom you should entrust the sale of the family cow.
They will come back with a handful of magic beans. Although, unlike in Jack, those beans will not grow into a beanstalk.

PhinJim, my friend, I said nothing about not respecting those who actually make the accomplishment AFTER THEY IN FACT MAKE THE ACCOMPLISHMENT.
I just don't want them TO EVER MAKE THE ACCOMPLISHMENT.

Of course, I was lobbying for the Boilermaker.
However, what I heard a couple of days ago WAS EVEN MORE DISTURBING. I heard years later Brees was in the Miami Dolphin camp waiting for the final papers to be signed BUT WE BACKED OUT AND SIGNED DUANTE CULPEPPER.
Now that's even FAR MORE STUPID then a decision on whether to pick various people who have never played.

Another thing. PhinFans2 considered rooting for the Patriots to beat the Colts or the Saints was rooting against our CURRENT teams interests.
I can see that point.
However, such a SuperBowl would mean that our CURRENT TEAM would have been eliminated.
Therefore rooting for the Saints would be ROOTING AGAINST OUR LEGACY and there would be no other way of looking at it.
And PhinJim, liv

Patriots, of course.
Those who think that the '72 Record is something from the past that no longer means anything should have taken note last night when AFTER IT BECAME OBVIOUS THAT THE SAINTS WERE GOING TO WIN THE GAME the Game Announcers said words to the effect of
1) The 72 Dolphins now have two teams that they are waiting to lose so that they can pop the champagne.
2) That the Saint

And in addition to what Reppa said,
We are not out of the division totally either.
We had to beat New England and New England had to lose one other game, before our Buffalo game.
Now they have to lose two other games.
If the Bills beat them also and they lose to New Orleans, then we still win the division absent another loss to yet another team.
Even though we are tied with the J
