Parcells has done an amazing job with rebuilding this team, not to say they haven't made mistakes. But they have rebuilt this roster, with alot of great young players. This offseason Parcells kept everybody guessing and confused. To be honest with you, I have some hopes for what we are going to do with 12, but I have no idea. Just like last year I had no idea we would go, Vontae, White, Smith..

Do you guys think we would pass on Haden if he is still available to take Earl Thomas? I find this hard to believe. I think we would take Berry over Haden but I dont buy Earl THomas over Haden. THomas looked a little rough back peddling in the combine. His film shows he can find the ball and tackle, but it looks like he'd get beat in 4 Wr sets and is only a safety. Berry could play both and so co

if we stay at 12, the Surprise.... Joe Haden or Dez Bryant. I think they would pick the top CB over the second best safety. Or double up on WR position to try and establish mismatches in the 4 wr set. The CB pick helps us cover all these WR in AFC, in spread offense and other 4 wr sets. It seems having 2 good corners is no longer enough in the NFL. Do you guys think we would pass on Haden to pick

ps- The Jets paid no respect to us last year for winning the division but you demand I give them respect, even though they haven't beaten us since Rex took over. Mike I do believe you are on the wrong site

Mike, get over it, your hatred of the Tri blinds your love for the phins so much so that you want to root for the Jets. I dont give a crap about your hatred for the Tri and love for the Jets. We have won the last 3 against them. That is it. They are our biggest rival, I hate the Jets and have no respect for them. If you want to brag about the Jets supposed greatness, do it someplace else. The Jet

I do not remember saying that anyone needed my permission to be a phins fan, I merely said "I just dont get why we have some many downers about the phins and hype guys for the Jets on this site. F the Jets. Until they beat us they dont deserve any respect from us" That is all

The Jets lost Thomas Jones, TJ is a stud, that was a big loss. I still dont believe you can sign a handful of "character questioned" free agents, who other teams did not want, who have never played together and consider them a great team, the players we signed last year as Fa vs, who we cut or let go, did not make us a better team. As a matter of fact Denver and Mike Nolan took a bunch

Ginn and Allen were sentimental coach favorites picks of Saban and Cam or Mueller not the Tri.The Tri I can handle Jake Long and Vontae vs Sanchez and Gholston in corresponding years

7485. Re: JETS
The Jets last 2 first rd picks were Gholston and Sanchez. It is hard to be successful in the future with the possibility of back to back flops in the first rd. I would rather go with Miami's philosophy of building your team in the draft, takes a bit longer but I would much rather have Miami's players and picks in this draft then the Jets players and picks. Just like I like the Phins strategy over

I agree drop the winning TD. That is a pretty funny scenario, maybe it goes to their head. I dont think it is good to build your team through trades or FA. Most teams dont let great players ever hit FA let alone be traded. Dansby was a special circumstances becasue he was Franchised twice and Cardinals are notoriously cheap, didnt want to give up the big money a third Franchise tag was going t

Jets Suck, great teams are built in the Draft, Last year the Jets only had 3 draft picks trading now for tomorrow, I think they are being foolish, and the Phins are building the team for the future. Last time I checked the Phins have won 4 of the last 5 against them.

Isn't it true that if a FA visits you and doesn't sign on the dotted line before departing his visit, most likely you are not going to sign him. This seems to be the deal 99% of the time, as in Calvin Pace left, we didnt sign him, Ryan Clark, left we didnt sign him, just to name a few off the top of my head.

Mike, the 72hrs are up today. My guess is, the fact JT, hasnt signed yet with JETS tells me, it isnt going to happen. Further proving IMO, that this was all a part of Parcell's predraft misinformation plan. That REX Ryan was the only coach cocky enough to fall for it.

I agree its only a game, but he recieves much of his local celebrity because of the team and game, when you sign with the Rival, fans do take that personally. Look at, what Phinfans said, and I can't say I disagree. I think for example, if JT pulled up in his boat at La Playa or local marinas. He would get, so "where is the Jets Flag', "traitor", that type of BS. For example, I w

1) Farve and his family didnt plan on living in Green Bay in retirement or even offseason, his home has always been in Hatiesburg. That is a big difference, IMO. 2) JT of course would not be shot or face violence, but I can tell you it wouldnt be fun. He also can sell products here, a local fan base that is interested. He signs with the Jets, his south florida celebrity status plummets, and ye

I forgot about that, that was a hot play when he beat Revis with safety help for the TD to retake the lead in the first Jets game

Jt is not going to sign with Jets. I understand his point of view, MIKe, sign now before teams maybe go younger in the draft. I think some teams have shown interest but most believe he would never uproot from Miami at the end of his career. At the end of the day, signing with the Jets has way to many downsides. First, his family and retirement after football. Him nor his family are going to be li

I dont think we would trade Ginn for a 5th. He single handed, won last years JETS game with his Special team plays. In south Florida that means something IMO. Not many players can say they put the team on his back and made sure to chalk up another W for the Phins Jets rivalry record. Ginn is hated by some but loved by many. It is not his fault he was drafted to early by Cam. He was a good second

Mike, I agree a Players ego is tricky but so is his family. IT would only be hurting the Dolphins, if JT forces them to sign before the draft. IF JT wants to hurt the Phins he forces the issue. I will agree that if he is going to sign with the another Team then it will happen in the next 72hrs, if he plans on signing with the Dolphins again, it will happen after the draft IMO. Unless we are fooli

You guys are suckers, this is all part of a smokescreen for the draft, planned by the Tri and being played out by Taylor and Sparano, IMO. THink about it, if the Phins signed Taylor before the draft, it would show our hand more then if they dont. Sparano makes a point to speak about him in the past tense on purpose, why?. Then why would Taylor want to hurt his team. Taylor wants to be a dolphin a

I think we should have faith in the Trifecta's first RD picks. Jake Long, Vontae Davis and really Philip Merlin since he was pick 32 that year, all appear to be good picks at critical positions. Whoever they draft in RD 1, I am sure will be as good as, if not better then the above mentioned players. Now after the first round, there alot of unproven picks. Last year alone Pat White and Patrick Tur

I had season tickets for 7 years, I inherited them from my family who had them since the day Joe Robbie opened, and before that in the orange bowl since 1971. The tickets were in the club sections 40 yard line homeside. When I took over the tickets I was payins under two hundred a ticket a game, shortly after they raised it to around 250 a game. Then I had to renew, the year Cam took over. The re
