I dont mean the wildcat, I mean having two passers in the play, where the player lined up at QB throws out to the WR, kind of like the fleaflicker sort of....then throwing the bomb all the way down field for a strike.... It just happens that the wildcat lends itself to it, with the QB already out wide... Marino, Jensen , Duper.... sent Jensen as WR or TE in Motion to the wide out spot to then r

It was a nice thing that Merling and BP just happened to have the same agent. And the injury wasn't late in the season, it was a hernia he didnt even know about that was discovered at the Combine physical. BP had the true scoop on the injury and no other teams did. SO he fell right in our laps. Langford is a stud. Long proved himself, as most mocksters said he didnt have quick enough feet to play

cool, where can I see it at? I would like to compare the different ways it has progressed? Who did first run it or wrote it?

I was just watching this Marino to Jensen to Duper highlight and you know what...I think this is where Our offensive coaches, found a way to alter the wildcat, with that pass Pennington threw from WR position. Not exact for Jensen was in motion but looks pretty darn familiar doesn't it, hopefully one of the reporters will question Dan and Lee about it one day.. WIth WHite on the team now I see al

ps- last year our first 4 picks were Long, Merlin, Henne, Langford, do you see any bust or reach in that group because I sure don't. I think the phins probably have the strongest first 4 players drafted last year..... Believe, I just wouldn't bet the Tri followed up last year draft perfromance by making a bunch of mistakes with their first 4 picks this year..... just a guess..lol

The biggest problem we seemed to have last year IMO was our ability to defend the spread offense. We got lit up by everybody that put us into trying to defend the spread. Last year we got alot of interior guys. This year improving the secondary waS HUGE, FA signing Gibril a hard hitting Safety. Then our 2 dafted CBs, both have an amazing ability to be isolated out on a reciever, hold their own, a

ps - and in all reality, we got Pat White for giving up JT for one injured season to the Skins, not our earned 2nd Rd pick. Pat WHite was free or a gift IMO,

WHy are you lost? Don't you think we need more and better CB's to win the AFC East and with our 2009 Schedule. I didn't see us drafting any LB's early, like others thought, We picked up Cameron Wake, we resigned Crowder. Joey Porter went to the probowl ROth held the edge fairly well for switching positions. Now lets look out who is going to cover, Wes Welker, Randy Moss, Terrell Owens Lee Evans..

For one of our second round picks, what do you think Boldin is worth in $$$$$$ contract. I agree the money he wants, is not worth it at all especially from this regime. I think if Rosenhaus can convice Boldin to take 5 or 6, which is possible because this is where he wants to play. I am a little concerned about these hip issues that have come out about. It scares me that this issues is why Arizon

good point, but I believe veterans are still only tested once during preseason for recreational drugs and they know it is coming. Rookies are tested 3 times as much during preseason as veterans. Goodell has cracked down alot on performance enhancement drug testing policy and no real dramatic change to the recreational drug testing and it is handled more on a team by team basis. He fears the fate

I am not condoning it at all. It is illegal and wrong. I just was pointing out that drugs rumors or truths don't always affect the success of a player. That is all, sorry for coming across in another way. HOFamers LT, Mike Irivin even our beloved Duper etc, all got caught or admit to abusing hard drugs while playing in the NFL. And they were great players. That is all, I do not condone it, just d

Sapp was no rumors, He failed tests, shit back in those UM days lets say I watch a few Marino monday night fotball games with him. He failed so many in Oakland he was forced in to retirment instead of facing the Ricky embarassment. SPeaking of Marino who is my hero, go look at all those pictures of him onthe walls at runway84 partying and the story's 1985 -89 era. Ask your soources , it will nev

A huge percentage of guys smoke weed in the NFl, I even know that some NFL guys on each team are most likely dealers, or keep it tight and on the downlow for everybody else to not jeopardize the team having people run there mouth and expose the issue, and teams even know about this... It is not just NFL, I hear the NBA probably has double the percent of regular weed smokers of the NFL... Either w

The best drafter on this board, is the guy who had us drafting Kendall Langfrod in the third last year. I forget who it was, but somebody on this board called that. I am still blown away. I don't remember the username,it could have been you, don't remeber without a search but if not I am sure they will come forward and make themselves known. and maybe make a few more predictions for us?

Lots of predraft Mock draft are wrong and all of the supposed experts changed their mock drafts alot before finalizing, probably so do alot of GM's before draft day. On draft day prior to the draft, I believe Mayock called the top 8 or 9 right on, I mean exact. It is hard to make an argument that Mayock had the dolphins picking Ryan on draft day and was wrong on all ten. ps- I just watched Kip

Crabtree, and the whole Path to the Draft stuff, has made him look not totally honest and not totally dedicated. Why commit to the draft early with out a thorough physical which would have shown the need for surgery and another year in college to heal!He seems to have had some decision making problems between his agent and family and seems to be a bit lost. He also has issues with alot hangger on

If we don't make a move for Boldin, who has made it clear his most desired place to play is in Miami. I got to believe it is becasue we plan on picking one of these 2 guys. Why wouldn't we be interested in a young probowl reciever like Boldin, unless Money is the reason we don't want him. We sure paid Groves alot of money though. In my mind the only reasoning is if we would rather have a cheape

It is deinftely going to be interesting, what moves we do make towards getting a young replacment NT. If Raji slips into the mid teens, I wouldn't be surprised if Miami made a move or trade to try and get him. They will not do it until they know they can get him with a specific pick at that moment in the draft. If not maybe they do like the guy from Michigan or Hampton or Brace possible. But I d

It seems the histroy of Parcells, 1st RD WR picks are pretty good, whether he wanted to do make them or not, Mark Ingrahm (Giants) and Terry Glenn (Cheatriots). His second Rd WR picks have been primarily bust, and guys you would not recognized if I mentioned. His third and fourth Rd picks are better agin with guys like Lavenes Coles. So based on History, if Parcells doesn't use a 1 st Rd on reci

Also the Ayanbadejo brothers were both on the phins and I believe both played special teams together at one point with us. Before you knock them, Brendon went to the probowl 3 times on ST, and Femi has a superbowl ring from Baltimore. Both very cool down to earth guys, while here in Miami.

The Blades brothers also did play together on the Seattle Seahawks in 1997, And Bennie's son play for the Redskins currently, that is a pretty impressive Tandem, family and all from here in south Fla. How many tandems have a kid who plays or played as well?
