How exactly does the seeding work for the next round? I was under the impression that if the Phins win in Pitt. they will have to go to New England regardless? I thought the worst seeded team goes to New England which would be us at #6? Houston can win and go to New England instead of Miami going?

Personally I'm excited to see what Tannehill does in year two under Gase and with hopefully what is an even more improved O-line. Gase has elevated Tannehills game and brought out the talent that most knew was there but was never developed due to lack of good coaching. There is still room for more improvement as he gets more comfortable and expands the offense in year two. Happy New years guys

I don't look foolish either way. I think realistically your looking more at 50/50 and maybe 60/40 in a Luck/Tannehill preference. What has Luck done? Better yet what has luck done with more talent around him? Tannehill has developed a nice deep ball, improved his 3rd down rating, 4rth quarter rating and his ability to lead the team back from deficit for a victory all in this season. This was

I think the better Matt Moore does filling in for Tanny the more likely he will not be here with us next year. He is under contract for another year however I believe that Tanny is and will stay Gases number 1. I think the more success that Moore has right now while filling in will end his time with us. Out of respect for Moore Miami will likely let him talk to QB needy teams for a trade givin

This conversation feels like a dirty one. Can we at least wait until we get eliminated? lol. I thought the only teams talking draft right now are the one's who did not make the playoff's? Then again I guess it's probably habit for us Phins fans at this point. lol. We desperately need to draft linebacker help

I love watching Matt Moore play but reality is that Matt Moore has had four dropped Int. in these last two games. If those dropped Int. would not have been dropped due to pure luck, we would be talking about Matt Moore with 6 TD and 6 Int in these last two games. Likely both equaling losses. I like Matt Moore a lot but there is nothing to see here. RT will be our starting QB when healthy and he d

Okay, I just wasted 3 hours of my life yet again, i seriously don't know how much longer I can continue to cheer for this shit sack. I have zero faith in Gase, everyone was praising this guy and I personally think he is shit. This is his offense he is calling the plays and it looked like damn high school. He talks this big game about benching players, ummmm why was worthless tannyhill still in th

Irony: Not standing, saluting and paying respects to that very flag that gave all races freedom to begin with. The very flag that represented the Union who defeated the South and their rebel flag. The flag that fought for everyone to be free. Lets not stand and pay our respects to the thousands of soldiers who fought that civil war and lost their lives to bring slavery to an end and begin the

Simple solution here..... If you don't like our country and don't care to stand for our flag and show respect to the thousands who have died to make this country what it is today then hit the road Jack! Find a house in Canada! I hear the Canadian Football league is looking for talent! Maybe then the taste of the rest of the world will remind some of these guys exactly how good they have it! It's

Jabar Gaffney ran a 4.41 40 at the combine. Not sure how much of that speed he still has.

Don't be a quitter. I'm aggravated too, but you wanna give up now? We bleed the colors bro. C'mon. I have had a lot of hope after what I have seen of Moore last year. 12th ranked qb in the league. Didn't even start for the whole year and improved each game. Some say Moore cant play WC offense. I say, lets see. David G. was a player in Jacks. as well. We still have the draft. Stay true bro. don

How compensatory picks are issued and why? Will we receive one next year for Langford signing with a different team this year?

My hope is that Richard Marshall will be put at FS. I keep having glimpses of a rookie from 2011 that I think can be a strong nickel back. Jimmy Wilson. Some thought he might be good enough to even be a starting corner. Hopefully he grows from those glimpses in a rookie year and having a full offseason. Sounds like a pretty strong secondary if he turns up. V. Davis Cb 1, S. Smith Cb 2, J. Wilson

He hasn't signed with anybody yet. He's got three visits lined up starting tomorrow. I think he is in Cincy tomorrow. All the reports out there are stating that the Solai contract pretty much guarantees Langford will not be resigned. Not sure why. I'm assuming because of the cap and other needs.

I totally agree about building through the draft. I think wr should come from the draft for us. Free agents wr's are too pricey and most aren't worth the money they get ala Laurent Robinson. I think Winston would solidify our line to help whatever qb we end up with. I think it would be a great pick up and worth the money. Two great first round tackles and Center. Incognito at lg and Jerry at r

Two days into free agency and from last years team we have........... Lost: Kendall Langford Brandon Marshall Gained: Nothing. two days in and nothing. Solai doesn't count as a change or addition from last years team. Feels like we are moving backwards. Behind the 8 ball. I'd be happy at this point with just Flynn and Winston in free agency. Use the draft for the rest. No more wa

Oh c'mon guys. I know it's off the wall, but really, Did he have anything to work with? A coach can only do so much. He can't play the game on the field. lol. Belicheat hates him now. How great would that be for Belicheat to eat that kind of crow every time we beat them? Lmao!

I wouldn't mind seeing us bring in Eric Mangini at this point. He didn't have much to work with and he has that no b.s. attitude. He also steered us towards Daboll, and I don't think Daboll did a bad job at all. Mangini looked bad in Cleveland but so did Daboll. Who doesn't end up looking bad in Cleveland? Even Holmgren looks like nothing after three years of running the show up there! lol. I

I would say yes, he is pretty good. As of week 16 he is rated as the 11th best quarterback in the league. Regardless of the rules, All the quarterbacks are playing under the same rules, and he is still ranked 11th out of 32 with room for improvement

I'm not sure why many fans do not want to give Matt a chance to be our quarterback of the future. So many people think that we must draft a quarterback early. Imo, I think there is a good chance that we have a great quarterback in Matt Moore for the future. Matt has started 11 games this season. Imo, his first two starts were a little shaky. It had been a little bit of time since he had played

Gates is blazing guys! Screw route running and all that for him. His sole purpose will be to draw double coverage to open up Marshall and the others as well as keep the D further back. With his speed, he will do just that! Let him run a deep route every play and they will at least double him because of his speed. If they don't and he gets one on one, then all he has to do is outrun the guy and

Marshall perenially hurt? I thought the two games he missed with us this year were his first since being drafted or since his rookie year or something like that? This will be the first year Marshall doesn't catch 100 balls, Devone Bess is about to match Wes Welker ( and in some league circles already has ) and Hartline is not all that bad. Hartline really started coming on in the few games be

If Ross gets rid of Sparano and Ireland, how likely is it that we can keep Mike Nolan on as DC? I would hate to see anything change on Defense! after a full year in Nolans defense, our players should be playing his system even better next year. I wouldn't even want to lose any of our defensive position coaches!

Great job Dolfanmark. I think Henne has made some great plays, special plays aside from his bad ones! What does one more year hurt!? The guy can make all the throws and regardless of what some on this board say about his leadership...... the guy has been known to play through rough injuries dating all the way back to high school! Weren't people saying he was out for the year just a couple weeks a

Ok. Im sorry if i'm coming across as annoying but I must tell you. At 30 years old, I lived in dolphin country all my life until about 2004. My wife wanted to live closer to her family. Guess where I live now? In the wonderful shitty state of Ohio! So yes, I'm annoyed because all my friends came over for the game today and now I have to hear pure crap from them for atleast a year or two until we
