No, I clearly stated Dan Henning was great in his time but his time is way passed! I do however think it would be stupid for Ross to give up on Sparano, Ireland and the rest of the staff after three years. What would it hurt to give them one more? Why get rid of them this year and lose most of the young talented players they have brought in to a new coach who will cut them and bring in their own.

then your football IQ is very low. Sorry, not trying to be a di*k. continuity can be very important after constant changes for many years and no time for anyone to get comfortable including coaches and players. Players can only learn so many new systems and be effective. One more year, and if next year is like this year, than i agree with a coaching change, but not now.

So you wanna start all over again after giving Sparano, ( first time coach mind you ) Three years? And the relationship and trust he has built with his players, You just wanna throw that away now!? Isn't that the same thing we have done since Schula? Sparano and company deserve one more year, that fourth year, to show what they have built! After that, If they are still struggling to get in the pl

Whats the difference? Really? Now your just looking for Sh*t to B**ch about! He could have blindly challenged it and lost that time out because he would have been wrong, or he could call a time out and find out from the booth if he should challenge it in which case he wouldn't if it wasn't a fumble! Clearly it wasn't and he didn't challenge it! Either way we lose a time out, so what's your point!

Oh stop it! Our team does not suck! Neither does our coaching staff aside from O.C. Henning! Henning was great in his day but his day has long passed! We need continuity for a change, so we do not need any coaching changes or Qb changes. Henne deserves through next season at the least to prove he has maxed out his potential and will always play this way. He either gets better or he doesn't. Th

Let's hope not! The last thing we need is a new staff to come in and bring the same thing we have had the last several years! Starting from scratch, bringing in their own players, devising new offensive and defensive systems. Maybe Sparano and crew, including Chad Henne should be given that fourth year just to see what happens. Three years to become what all of us die hard fans want them to b

I could be wrong but I have a theory on the roster spot we kept open through the day today. I think we may possibly could have been one of the teams negotiating with the Chargers for a possible Vincent Jackson trade. Now that Jackson was not traded I think we will see that roster spot filled. Just my thought, but maybe not.

I think it was just one game that wasn't a great effort on our part. With Mike Nolan and Dansby, we pretty much know our defense will be better than last year. We added Brandon Marshall on offense as well so that alone should really improve us on offense from last year. We also have an easier schedule. I think it was just a rough night, and being preseason, I'm sure we had players not playing

I like Thigpen and think he could be great with a little more time to refine his skills. That said, If Henne goes down, I want Pennington on the field this year. It would take a lot in my opinion for anyone to acquire Penny in a trade. That is a big drop off from Penny to Thigpen as far as playing safe football. Thigpen might be better suited for bigger plays but he also still has some accuracy a

I agree MiamiDolphins4Life! I don't care what anybody says, there is no way in hell they cut Pat Turner this year! Pat Turner will make the squad and get at the very least, two more years to learn the pro game and try to adapt. Maybe he will or maybe he wont, but I guarantee you that the Phins will not do away with him until they give the time to see if he grows into a good player. Alot of receiv

I think the Trifecta has a plan and it might just be Cam Thomas in the 4rth for NT, and Myron Rolle in the 5th for FS. I think both would be great picks for us. I still think with Marshall at WR that Fasano will be a good enough TE. We could be set if we get these two picks in four and five. What do you guys think?

It's downright silly and foolish to say that you know Hartline won't be an all time great. are you a prophet now? lol

As long as Parcells is running the show, Sporano goes nowhere regardless of 2010's record. Just yesterday Ross said that the team was in Bill's hands on the football side. You will not see Bill get rid of Sporano after this season unless something crazy happens like Sporano completely loses the team ala Cam Cameron

I don't think it's all that laughable for Wake to get 14 sacks next season IF HE'S A STARTER. Look what he did in the very small amount of playing time he had.

agree 100% Mike! I read the split was actually mutual Between Nolan and Mcdaniels. They are saying Nolan wanted another job somewhere else. Hope it's with us! He took the broncs from 29th overall defense in 08 to 7th overall in 09. He would be perfect for us!

Hey Socal, At this stage of his career Pat White needs to show nothing! Give the guy the respect of a couple more years and then talk to me! He's a freakin rookie!!! Not everyone is Dan the man. He was thrown into the fire today and he was not ready. It showed! Give him time before you smack his career down. He has the heart of a lion and if you wanna throw size into it then let me say just th

I wish this year had been slightly better but it is what it is. The couple losses prior to this week kept us out, but I still love what I see! I have complete faith in our coaching staff and players and look for a much better year with more experience and hopefully a good draft! We all disagree at times on this board but deep down we are all true fans and I love It! I don't post very often b

I love Tyler Thigpen but give me a break.... He is no Chad Henne! Wait until next year and I will have any argument on Chad Henne that any of you can come up with! Thigpen is definitely our backup for the future. I love Chad Pennington too but with his age there just is no room. No playoffs for us but next year will be special! Go Phins!

We get a number one receiver and we are too tough to tame! Who that is I don't know, but Ginn still has a spot on this team! I wont give up on Ginn for a #1 until one more offseason if he is given that chance! I see this offense really being great with a #1 regardless

First of all, my prayers are with Pat White and his family. Ouch, to all of you expecting so much from a rookie Qb who was thrown into the fire of a very important game, for all of your comments that were made. Obviously some people are not very Knowledgable when it comes to the sport of football. As if you were even in the position to be half of what Pat White is! To a great person, and i'm sure
