Gabril Wilson should be taking that ride out of town ALONE. We should KEEP TED GINN. (We're going to look awful silly when we trade him to some other team and he develops into an all-pro. A little confidence is not a hard ingredient to add. Once done, he is the type of receiver that can blow the doors off. That Jets game was the REAL Ted Ginn.)

Angryseas, I see your point. Hooligan2, a "stronger finish" would have probably put us in the playoffs and I agree that we should have played to get into the playoffs. However, when it was only the last half of that one game and we had already been eliminated, ......we have to agree to disagree.

It seems that in the case of a lot of young athletes who die either on the field or off, the cause of death is an enlarged heart. I guess for the rest of us non-athletes it is probably a non-issue because we are not engaged in the type of strenuous behavior that would put fatal stress on that heart. My problem is why don't athletes from high school to pros have MRIs done to detect these con

Next week, the wisdom of the Colts pulling back in that Jet game will be shown. The Jets will confront an entirely different team. and they will probably do so with a false sense of security.

Keeping Gabril would be stupid. Keeping him and trading Bell would be absolute lunacy.

No. No one can be certain. I have said myself on this board many times that draft choices can be screwed up. I said that when there were people on this board that actually wanted us to NOT MAKE THE PLAYOFFS because they said we wouldn't go far and we would cost ourselves draft choices. I said, "hey, that's stupid and besides we would probably screw up the draft choices." But the

Nobody is playing word games except you. Now you're back to "lose on purpose" as if I or anybody else on this board has any real power to make the team "lose on purpose." Maybe you live in a fantasy world where you actually think that you and I can make the team win or lose. Everybody on this board gets it except you. They may not agree with me but they get it. You

I've googled it and I was not able to find any quote from Aaron himself. However, I was unable to find anyone who thought it was a reflex. There were those who said he tried to kick it AWAY from the Cards but everyone said it was an intentional act and not a reflex or mere accident.

Pete Carroll is a jerk. Belicheat may be a cheat but it is the difference between a worthy villain and a punk. Pete Carroll is a punk.

Pat White is too small and frail to play WR. Punt returner or kick returner, ehhhhhh, he could still get hit like he did on his run. I don't think the guy belongs in the NFL. Try to trade him but if we can't, don't continue to throw good money after bad.

He is probably a big fool. Know about the OJ Mayo situation that affected USC basketball? Mike Garrett, the Athletic Director at USC (yep, the former Heisman prior to OJ Simpson), has tried to step ahead of the NCAA and VOLUNTARILY forfeit all of their games won while OJ was playing plus voluntarily prohibit the Trojans from playing in any post-season basketball tournaments. This is before the

Short and sweet, huh, A & O? I knew I'd get a rise out of someone. Actually, I know the coaching staff would never take me seriously. I'm just getting in my pick for the sake of history, like I put it all out to draft Drew Brees.

Xynx, gotta agree with you. In the final analysis, I would have ruled it a fumble also. But without the kick, there was at least a chance of an incomplete pass call. But then again, as you say, who's to say that he did not have the better idea of trying to kick it away from the Cards.

gotta disagree, Mikeo. I like the idea of at least one possession and then sudden death. But the boot looked intentional to me.
