Typical Series:
Start at the 40.
Nice pass for 27 td gain.
Run- 4 yds
Wildcat - 0 yds (Ronnie looks uninspired)
Pass- ugly route/throw
FG - Another f-ing FG
10 days off and this is how they come out?!
Same ole same ole.
A serious sign of head coaching issues.

...we're going to finish 8-8 at best. 7-9 likely, 9-7 would be a shock, 6-10 wouldn't be.
Our QB, OL, and secondary situations are what will cause our demise.
Figuring the rest of the way like this:
@ Oakland - W
Cleveland - W
@ NYJ - L
Buffalo - L
Detroit - W (could see us losing)
@ NE - L
Will be drafting between 10-15 next April. Maybe sooner.

Priority #1 in building a winning football team is O-LINE!
Everything hinges on the quality of the o-line, The running game, the passing game, converting 3rd downs, scoring TDs in the red zone. Everything.
In 3 yrs this regime hasn't done a very good job IMO. We've got the anchor LT, but that's it. Seems it just hasn't been given a high enough priority with this group.
After LT, the C positio

That is what we need to upgrade the most this offseason. QB is a very close 2nd.
70% of our draft picks should be O-lineman, with an early round selection used on a C.
We desperately need better starters and depth. And please, noone with any kind of injury history!
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
For a head coach who is a former o-line coach, Sparano hasn't done crap to build a stout, dominating o-line.
Other than Long, the rest of the line is mediocre to poor at best.
Pat White!?? Are you F-ing kidding me?? Those are the type of draft moves that set teams back years.
Sean Smith!?? What a gutless wonder this guy is. Another wasted pick.
Sapp?? Harris?? More garbage. Terrible secondary

Another primetime home game ass-kicking.
Here comes another losing season and some more horrible 2nd round draft picks.
I've tried really hard to stick with this regime, but it's now obvious that they have no clue.
Really!?? How in the hell do we keep Pennington on this roster?? This guy's made of glass, yet we keep him on and look where it gets us.
Absolute BS!! Time to find a new GM

I admit, I was one of those guys screaming for Thigpen.
WTF was I thinking!?? He absolutely SUCKS!!!!
We still have no QB because Henne is a back-up at best.
This organization has been terrible finding QBs over the years.
We're F-ed.

This year is OVER!!!!
The o-line has turned to $#!T, with that there goes the running game and with it the whole offense is toast.
Start scouting QBs and o-linemen.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
What a suck-fest this game is so far!
Can't block, can't cover, can't fall on a friggin fumble, can't get off the field on 3rd /15. Our center blows out his knee just running??
What the hell kind of un-athletic dick-heads do we have on this line??
Off season needs: QB - O-line - RB. Nothing but.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
Our return teams really need to step it up tonite!
They have been by far the weakest part of the puzzle up to this point.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
Wasn't Pennington supposed to be #3 on the depth chart!?
If Henne gets pulled due to lack of production, then Thigpen should have been next up.
If Thig would have started instead of Penny, then we would probably still have all 3 QBs healthy.
I guess Sparano wanted experience over ability.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
Are you kidding me!?? The Jets aren't winning anything!
They've gotten extremely lucky against two of the worst teams in the NFL. Needing overtime to beat Detroit (just got beat by Buff) and Cleveland (3-6).
Get serious!!

Hey A&O,
Don't hate.
It's not my fault Thiggy is better than Henne.
What are you not seeing?? Pull your head out and you'll see I'm right.
Oh yeah, ...You Nozzle.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
Henne?? Really??
I thought the whole reason for pulling him was due to turnovers, bad throws, and ineptitude in the red-zone.
BRING IN THIGGY!!!
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
If you're trying to compare Chad Henne to Peyton Manning, God love ya!
Peyton coming in had absolutely nothing around him.
Didn't Troy Aikman go 1-15 his first year? Henne was 9-7 in his first 16
games.
So by you're logic, Henne will turn out better than both!!
What was I thinking??!! Next stop HOF!!
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
Henne's record while starting in a 21 game evaluation process.
Enough time for the FO to make a decision and cast an initial judgement about their 09 2nd rounder.
By now I'd think it should be easy to tell if Henne has "it" or not.
Guys either have "it" or they don't. The "it" factor isn't something that can be learned or coached, it's inherent.
You are what yo

I've said it right after we drafted him that his size and speed make him a more natural fit at FS.
If he can hit the weight room, add a few lbs while maintaining his speed, I think he could be a legit FS.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
Smith has proven to me that he's not cut out to be a quality NFL CB.
Back when we drafted him I thought he would grow into a FS.
Get him in the weight room, maintain his speed, and turn him into a ball hawking FS.
Oh yeah, and teach him how to catch!!
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
I say we go LB, FS, or ILB.
We need to wait on a QB till '12 to a) give Henne a little more time to develope to make absolutely sure he's NOT the one before going in a different direction,
and b) position ourselves to go after Matt Barkley from USC. As a sophmore this guy really looks like the real deal. Reminds me a little of Troy Aikman for some reason.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
Mentioned I was ready for Thigpen 3 weeks ago, and got scoffed at by a few.
Has more to do with moxy. Thig has it, Henne doesn't have a trace.
"If you don't produce, no matter who you are, you will be replaced." needs to be the culture.
It may do Henne some good to watch from the sidelines a bit.
