Well, so much for that other gear.
It's the curse of the "stash". This team feels so much like the Wanny teams it's scary!!

The play call was great. Henne, not surpisingly, botched a wide open, 5 yd throw that any other NFL or Div 1 QB would have completed.
Not all the blame for this loss is on Henne, but a lot of it is.
The D played erratic, couldn't make the stops when needed, missed pick 6.
STs missing an important FG, and giving up a fake punt.
In all honesty, the game went pretty much the way I though

Another wasted 2nd round pick. Unless you were drafting a future mediocre back up QB with that pick. A bit of a strange strategy. But based on this regimes record with 2nd rounders, doesn't shock me.

This secondary sucks.
Can't cover, can't tackle, can't catch.
Combine that with below avg QB and special teams play, and you get what we got.
Pretty much what I expected. including Sparano getting out-coached.
Balt up 23-10 w/ 6:43 left. We have no shot.
Hoping to eat my words.

Our D can't stop $#!T!!!
Do our coaches not teach covering the RB out of the backfield???
Rice is WIDE open on every pass play. WTF!!!??
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
One thing about Baltimore is they are very well coached, and have a great gametime coach in Harbaugh.
Sparano is going to need to step his game up this week.
No weird timeouts, no wildcat drive killers, no ultra-conservative play calling to settle for field goals.
Need to see good halfftime adjustments, good clock management, and above all, good play calling in the red zone to keep Carpenter

...taking notes on how Arian Foster runs.
If doesn't start showing some improvement, this will be his last year with the Phins.

Typical Henne.
Could have easily run for the 1st, but opted to throw to a covered, alligator armed, behind the line of scrimmage, Ronnie Brown.
Either the WRs route designs are completely lame, or Henne better learn some pocket pressence so he can extend the play to let the routes further develope. He panics too soon and dumps off instead of taking the extra 2-3 seconds he actually has.
That

What happened to our D line!!??
The guys are playing like a bunch of PUSSY cats. No pass rush can't stop the run for $#!T!
This is turning into a very hard one to watch.

And has zero TDs if Bess doesn't take a 5 yd dump off and make an amazing run.
It's easy to get caught up in the stats. 23/36 257 1 TD 0 INT looks good on paper. But the one stat that is overlooked is the W/L column, 1-3 to key opponents this year. Possibly 0-4 if Buffalo had started Fitzpatrick against us. Not good enough in my book.

It seems that our whole secondary just sucks right now.
Clemons, Sapp, and Smith wouldn't start on most teams, and it's obvious why.
When you can't cover and can't tackle, you normally wouldn't see the field much, except for special teams.
Jason Allen is a FS trying to play CB. Not working. I think he'd make a better FS than what we have now.
We really blew it when we didn't take that FS fro

He's not wrong, he's DEAD ON!!
Sure Henne makes some nice throws here and there, but in crunch time, he fails miserably. Did so on numerous occasions today.
Has absolutely ZERO pocket pressence. I'm pretty sure that's something any capable QB should have.
He may develope in time, but how much time? At his current pace, it may take a few years. He seems to be a very slow learner.

...about fumbling into the endzone?
I thought the only offensive player eligible to recover it was the one that fumbled it. So unless it was Roeth, it's a touchback no matter what.
Forum: Miami Dolphins Civilized Discussion
I thought it was supposed to be improved.
So far, it has absolutely SUCKED today.
Not only they can't cover, they can't tackle for $#!T!!

How bad is our secondary???
3rd and 16. No blitz?? Let Hines Ward run free ?? Sean Smith is always a day late and a dollar short. We need some serious upgrade-upgrade.

This play calling is HORRIFIC!!!!
You've got F-ing Brandon Marshall whose 6-4 230, being guarded by a 5-9 DB???? WTF is the problem??!!!
Garbage play calling already!! BS!!

Another wasted 1st round pick!!!
What a monumental setback for the growth of our D.
All that guaranteed $$ to a guy with only one good stick.
He's turning into another Ireland bonehead pick.
BUMMER!!!

Still having issues with Henne's play.
Marshall's not getting his feet down in the back of the endzone was more Henne's fault than Brandon's. That ball was way overthrown. Marshall was wide open, had the ball been delivered accurately, that would have been an easy TD.
Henne's pick was another horrible throw. Also distinctly remember a couple other unbelievably bad throws.
Hope he grows into a
