I have to say it, our offensive can't block worth a crap! Only on a passing play do holes open up enough and then Whiskers makes a run for it. He's our only ground gainer. In the off season we must upgrade on our blocking capability. Being one dimensional is just too easy for the opposition to deal with. Devante Parker is out with a concussion. He landed on his head not his shoulder. He wi

I don't know how many Dolphins fans will be out in cold weather in the NYC metro area...however, hats off to those present rooting for the team. The game starts in a little while and I'll be tuned in to see how they do. Bell isn't in the game and that may be plus for our run defense. Devante Park should be a key target again for Whiskers. I hope Laird gets to play some too, I think he's spec

Is it that time again? This time we visit the Jets and face them in cooler weather. With 3 wins we could take our 4th game. Gase is not the coach Flores is and it will be a chess match. I look forward to this game and believe "Whiskers" will shine again. Go Dolphins. Play hard, play to win. Beat the Jets.

I have to wonder how much effect Ryan Fitzpatrick is having on the young guys on the team. "Whiskers" shows a lot of grit, IMO, and that must also have an effect on Flores and the many assistant coaches. I kind of believe there's a positive fit there. Don't have much of an opinion on Josh Rosen though. I don't see him on the sideline sitting with "Whiskers" going over pla

You can knock me over with a feather! Is this the same team we saw in the first half? Dunno, what happened, but it was amusing to watch and Parker played like we hoped he would for the past...few years. Laird is a keeper guys. He is versatile and we need to see more of him. Fitzpatrick has grit. Wentz is overrated. Eagles have to be talking to themselves and answering. They were outplayed in

2-hand touch type street play for TD. That was funny.

Oh boy, not a good start with that interception. Not sure about the incidental block on Parker that allowed the Eagles to grab the ball. The O-line continues to be out manned not matter the level of talent on the opposing team. We can't run, and provide minimal time to through the ball. Fitzpatrick is going to have a tough day unless something crazy happens on the Eagles side.

This could be a very interesting game. The Eagles aren't playing very well and neither are the Dolphins. Either team could lose this one. The winner may be the team that scores first. It should be a nice day in South Florida--love this mild weather--and that will be great for fans at the stadium. Go Dolphins--play hard, play to win every snap of the ball.

21 - 0 so far. Today's loss will keep us close to the top pick in the draft. Sorry to see how non-competitive we are right now. To many players sidelined with injuries. Still remain perplexed on why Laird is not playing more. He is versatile.

Well we are going to "Mayfield's House." Those commercials are nuts. Anyway, they are without their primary rusher after whacking Rudolph on the noggin. Not much to say other than go Dolphins.

A player who can't keep his nose clean...constantly bucks law and order...shouldn't earn big money with the Dolphins (or any other NFL team). Can't be law abiding? Goodbye...as there is a law abiding player out there that can play the position.

TC my opinion of whether Rosen is a quality QB or can become a quality NFL QB is open for speculation. Maybe he hasn't been given a fair chance, but then again maybe he has in terms of practice to learn how to play at the NFL level. Rosen seems to be the forgotten player on the Dolphins. How often does Coach Flores talk about him "coming" along in practice? How often do the sports m

Yes, we have some talented players...we need more of them and they need more time and experience to work together and bond as a working unit. Coach Flores is on track. He will seed the team during the next draft with good prospects that will steadily improve play and make the Dolphins more competitive. In 2021 we should see 10 wins and make the playoffs. By 2021 the Chargers, Patriots,

We don't have: A franchise QB yet. An offensive line that is smart and talented and can block on running plays and adequately defend the QB on passing plays. A mixture of smart, elusive or hard hitting RBs. Defensive linemen that can disrupt or penetrate an opponent's offensive line very often. Linebackers that are strong against the run, fast enough to cover average WRs or TEs

A couple of quick observations. 1) Bills have their franchise QB. 2) Bills, overall have a very good team. 3) Despite being out played, our big plays keep us alive to catch the Bills. Grant's 101 yd return was electrifying.

The Dolphins host the Bills (6-3) and will test the Dolphins offensively and defensively today. It's hard to know just how the Dolphins will fare against them. One could speculate that it will be close while one could speculate that it will not be competitive at all. Fitzpatrick is leading the team and Flores is getting more and more performance and production from the players. Flores' coach

No team will be "tanking for Tua." What a shame that he was injured.

Tua was injured today and was airlifted to Birmingham for medical treatment. From what I understand he injured his hip. Not only does this this effect Alabama but it could drastically effect the young man's future in the NFL.

That SF and Seattle game was a buster. Going into overtime...yikes. Seattle pulled it off...whoopee. "Another one bites the dust...." Bubbly, bubbly again. Three cheers for the '72 Dolphins!

Bengals, Giants and Jets...boy oh boy that some stiff competition for first pick in the next draft. However, any one of those teams could get lucky on a couple of botched plays by the Dolphins and score a victory against us. While we've improved considerably since week 1, lapses in performance are quite possible with a young team. When the Dolphins go into the game with any of these three hor

Ballage seems to head for the defending pack like a insect to bug zapper. Laird is smart and should play more.

I missed the game live, had Veteran Day responsibilities and helped retire about 80 Old Glories. Recorded the game. Today I watched the ballgame and was surprised that we won; surprised to see just how poorly Hoyer played and was happy to see Laird finally get into the offense. The "hit" on Fitzpatrick that was not called as a roughing penalty (missed by the officiating crew) wou

Preston Williams is out so there is one less receiver for Fitzpatrick to throw to. How this will effect the offense is anyone's guess--perhaps Devante Parker will step it up. He has another chance to take center stage. Go Fins.

Note: there is a large problem with the editing features of the program. While attempting to comment as a moderator on one of ChyrenB's posts, the editing feature removed the post. Unintended. I will be contacting Curt to see if he can somehow correct the many glitches the program is producing. Colonel

It's a damn shame that Preston Williams is out for the year. He was a highlight during a season of lost hope. I too hope his surgery goes well and that he has a full recovery. Gesicki is running better routes in my opinion and the passes to him are within reach. Fitzpatrick, while considered a journeyman QB, is far better than many first stringers trying to lead their teams. He has shown cap

Ken stated: "Did you see Gase? Head buried in his offensive schemes." Yes, I did see it and that behavior describes a guy who is: 1. Hiding from onlookers, 2. Hoping to find an answer that really isn't there This is a school boy antic. I did this myself in Jr High when my teacher looked to call on somebody to answer a question that nobody knew. It's a way to try and "disa
