Dolphins' penalties are there as expected but we are leading 10-3 at half-time.

"McDaniels needs to change his decision making. He needs to be a better leader." Amen to that! I don't think that's possible. He continues to make similar "moves" each week expecting success. The percentages seem to be quite low, IMO, that something will "break" and make a difference in the game play. I'm disappointed with him as HC. If he is trying to play the c

The game was uninteresting to watch. Penalties galore stopped any gains for both teams. It was a match of ineptness. Missing a 26 yard field goal with no wind to account for...ooops. The toe down in the end zone, not the whole foot was a surprise no TD for the Patriots. I thought two toes down were enough to get a completion if it was in fair territory. Here there was a complete foot and a toe. H

The blunders with HC selection continues. The blunders with fielding a mediocre O-line continues. Thinking Tua, a nice guy for sure, but who was damaged goods from the get go, would be the QB of the future and could carry the team to success for years to come was a foolish, I hope he can, major blunder by Grier and Ross. McDaniel is, simply over his head as a HC. His sideline behavior, weak,

Ross has blundered again! Thinking that Tua could be the future of Dolphins success. Old story--Tua was damaged goods coming out of college and concussions revealed susceptibility to further injury. The stupidity of management to ignore building a first rate offensive line, year after year, is unforgivable. Watching old footage of Czonka plowing through the D time after time, knocking LBs and

It's half time. Not much to say about the play. Both teams look like local HS teams with an inability to move the ball. I don't expect much from the offense. The 0-line--not much there.

My wife said to me tonight,"I thought you would say more about Mercury Morris dying, you're so quiet." Yes, I am, quite saddened and nothing really more that I can say and feel is that he, Kiick along with Czonka were a great backfield. All just old memories now, these guys are my contemporaries. Seeing them pass away hits home.

Bored to tears...I decided to watch the Bills play the Jags. First thing noticed was how cohesive the offensive line play is compared to the Dolphins unit. The Bills seem to have their big guys up front working hard and with skill on most plays--not perfect--but very good. Allen is a big strong QB and his presence poses a threat on every play. I remain very disgusted with the Dolphins and feel t

"Strive for toughness." From what we've seen this element isn't in McDaniel's make-up. McDaniel is not the coach the Dolphins need and Grier needs to go now. Another lost season....

Larry, Jim and Merc--what a fantastic threesome running the ball for Shula. Mercury...thanks for the memories.

Just watched the video of the game and it was horrendous. Coaching? Non-existent. Fire McDaniel--he is a weakling--the season is lost with no QB to work with. Tua is done. Thompson isn't an acceptable back-up. Boyle had no chance to do anything. Secondary? Terrible. I have to agree with Dolphan4545. The players are lost.

Too much going on for me and I missed the ball game entirely. Recorded the game and started to watch this morning and before too long decided to advance through the video...it was ugly for us. I am not buying into the "early in the season" nonsense anymore. The Dolphins continue to be a second rate team and they seem to regress after each draft and roster change. McDaniel and his assist

Clearly the Dolphins offensive line is not in sync. Same old story. Fortunately, the 2nd half produced points and with no time to spare finally won the game. I am hoping Thursday the team is better prepared mentally. Hill's encounter with law enforcement was as I expected. He was speeding and did not follow basic, simple instructions. He is a jackass. What a sniffling baby too...calling his ag

Hi everyone. The long preseason is over and our roster is finally set (but for those injured). The Jags have a decent team and they are just as hopeful as the Dolphins to have a competitive and highly successful season. The game is in the 1pm slot. Good luck to all our players for a healthy and strong season. Go DOLPHINS!

Another very good, hard hitting defensive player that helped make the Dolphins #1.

While I understand this SB was the most watched ever, I had it on TV more for background noise, much like you'd listen to the car radio in heavy traffic. I really had no "dog in this fight" so to speak, and I had minimal interest in it. Had it been the Dolphins, every second would have had my attention. Oh well, maybe some day. It was good to see Czonka. I remember being in a local

Draft is in April so we have lots of time to speculate. Who remains and who is healthy will be critical to our drafting needs. End rushing may be a heavy focus since our guys are still ailing. Running out of edge rushers in December is akin to a baker running out of flour / yeast while making Christmas pastries. I'd keep the 21 spot for now and see how thing develop.

Our football starters and bench strength will depend on who is healthy and who stays on the team and not cut. Also, what players new to the team will actually perform for more than a few snaps. UGH.

I have no animosity toward either team based on past games played between other teams including our Dolphins. As for Taylor Swift, I only know one of her tunes, "Shake it off." Other than that...crickets. Her attraction to Kelce is okay by me but I too dislike the excessive coverage of her on TV at games. We, the fans of football don't need to see who she is giggling with, how she jump

"We are stuck with him...." I believe too much is currently invested in him (time and effort) and that Tua needs some additional "fine tuning" to see if he can get us to a division title and to win play off games...at least. With the injuries sustained to important players we can only hope they recover and are near 100% in August. If we draft some quality linemen talent addin

Here we go again. We are now back on critiquing our QB. Is is justified? Yes, it is. Unless I missed something during the Tua era, Tua has not been able to put it in to overdrive and win any big game. Then there's McDaniel and the coaching staff. Sometimes the play calling is quite good, but McDaniels fails to adjust to adjustments made by the defense. Too much of the offense is dependent

Season over. Tua was on the ropes because of the weather and his inability to put any zip on the ball. Also, play calling was poor. Tua doesn't have the arm, mobility and physical toughness to excel against good teams. This is evident. ++++ For all the players that are injured, I wish you all a speedy recovery.

I've been watching the game...lucky I guess. NBC and Peacock--Taylor Swift--not good for football--too damn greedy. We can't move the ball. Our defense is holding it's own and the weather is effecting both teams. However, the Chiefs have a dynamic QB and that factor will be the difference IMO. The score is 16-3; we have a chance to get back in the game, but from what I've seen, we need luck

The weather folks are not smiling favorably for this match up. Weather will be tough on all players and I surely hope no one succumbs to a terrible injury because of the cold and potentially icy field. As a teen, I played MLB and hurt my right hip while playing on an icy field. The ball carrier came right at me and when I ran toward him to make the tackle my right foot didn't plant but slipped

JC--#66 and #67. The best tandem guards the Dolphins ever had. Hopefully, someday, the team will have another pair that are just as mobile, tough and dependable.

"They don't make 'em like that anymore." That is a fact. Kooch was an amazingly tough guy. I remember that broken arm bit and asked a surgeon how the heck could he play like that, and the surgeon simply shrugged. Kooch was one of the two best guards the Dolphins ever had on the field. Should be in the HOF.

Yeah-PEACOCK. Just won't do it. Coverage may be local to us in South Florida. I can understand why Hollingsworth gets excited watching Josh Allen play, the guy makes plays, is big and quite athletic, and has an abundance of confidence to step it up two notches when the game is on the line. Unfortunately, Tua has none of these qualities.

The loss of Van Ginkle and the return TD for 96 yards by the Bills, (allowed because of leg injury and Ingold falling over Cameron) was indicative of what was about to happen in the second half. We also saw the superior play by a big, tough athlete (Allen) who took the game effort to a higher offensive level and the outcome for the Bills was inevitable. Tua, IMO, can't perform in the same mann
