Okay--selection is a good prospect DT. That's a start.

A very sad day for me after learning about Curt. RIP Our draft will be as usual....Grier has brought the Dolphins to its lowest tide. I can't expect much and won't expect much. Will watch the draft as usual but with little hope of anything good happening for the team or the fans. Colonel

NEWS to me! WOW this is horrific new. I received no information from JC or from anyone in Curt's family about Curt's death. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. As for me, I have been fully engaged with caregiving to my wife who underwent serious major surgery this past January. She is doing well and going through rehab and up on her feet again. Sorry for my absence. co

The "Fat Lady" has sung. "Turn out the lights." Rogers had a great day--going out--with a win under his belt and reaching the 500 TD club. Good for him. Dolphins need an overhaul. Tua needs to go. Replace the HC position again and dump Grier. Sound familiar? It should. Dolphins continue to fail by doing the same thing over and over. It's insanity...yet Tua isn't the g

The Dolphins...with seconds left in the first half...all I can say is we're done.

Okay folks, here we go, this could be our last game of the season or with a win and more luck, we could make the playoffs. I don't think we have the team to go anywhere if a playoff spot is there for us, but, who knows for sure. Anyway, we play the Jets this afternoon. They have had a terrible season but they could mount enough tough play and win the game spoiling our last second hopes. Again, w

Tua isn't playing. Huntley is in for him. Do the Dolphins have a chance? IDK. Hmmm. Injury or re-injury to hip area. Not good for him or the team.

We win! Anchane's long run "seals the deal" for the extra margin we needed. Catching and running he's developing into a great threat. Now 7 and 8 there are hopes of slipping into the playoff picture. Maybe. Hill seems to be lacking concentration and I hope he gets his head straight for future games.

Dolphins doing better and are now lead 13-10. SF seems to be confused on many plays to the benefit of the Dolphins. For a while it looked like two average HS teams playing. At least we are a head at half time. Go Dolphins.

SF drives for a TD we respond with a field goal. Play calling is too much E and W and not enough down field. Waddle isn't playing but somebody else needs to fill the void and run the ball deep a few times--that may open things up. Score is SF 7 Dolphins 6 right now.

Before the game I had to make a run to Publix. Busy, busy, yet I was the only person in the store sporting Dolphins garb. Have fans turned their backs on the team? I used to see lots of guys wearing hats and jerseys--nothing today.

My mistake. I thought we were playing in SF. Dolphins miss on a TD and settle for a 44 yard FG. First score of the game.

Out in San Francisco for a late afternoon game today. The 49ers are having problems with better teams, just like we are, so this could be an interesting match. It's a toss up. Flip a coin.

Rick and TC, I think both of you are correct. Tua is good enough to win provided he has the team behind him to play at his level, which is good but not great. Currently we have a lot of mediocrity at a number of positions that can't improve enough to win against the better teams. The big guys in the trenches must be tougher, stronger and better at their respective positions. The secondary is no g

Well...the score is a lopsided 20-6 in favor of the Texans. It truly appears that the Texans are a better team at many positions. Tua is not able to move the ball and mistakes aren't helping. Another sad day I am afraid and the criticism will continue. The Dolphins are too much of a finesse team and once timing is off set by the opponent on receivers, the game goes south quickly. More grit is

Once again I missed the game live but was able to record it to view. Our defense did make Rodgers look like he was in his prime. Our running game is hurting and that caused too much to be laid upon Tua's arm. Jonnu Smith was not a factor until overtime making the game winning OT TD. Our secondary...not much of a defensive factor for us. Maybe Rodgers really did have a great day. All I c

The Steelers have had only 3 HCs and have had great success over the years. The organization is strong. The Dolphins have had plenty of HCs, the best being Shula with 26 years. It amazes me that the Dolphins' organization can't build a strong team and that it continues to select people who are not proven HCs, aside from Johnson and Saban (college). The list of HC is troubling and lacking credent

10 penalties along with 5 sacks and a muff on the kick off to start the game--not good. Once again, the Dolphins are ridiculed for being a warm weather team that is not tough enough to endure the rigors of a northern climate and teams built for slugging it out. Our big men were pushed around. Not being able to score near the goal line...poor plays called IMO. Not having a QB that can add a ru

6 penalties. A lot to fix during half time says McDaniels. 24-3 now. How can you stop the Packers when the players are missing tackles, getting hurt and the offense has done nothing. Tua running for a first down which he didn't make made me cringe. It reminds me of my young grandson carrying dishes from the table to the sink--not sure what will happen. Damn, after watching football all day, this

Dolphins big men are not tough enough on the O or D. Tua being sacked doesn't help the cause. It is going to be a blow out night unless the Packers get tired. McDaniels looks puzzled.

Marshmallow tough defense can't stop the big back. It's now 14-0. At this rate, the Packers will romp all over the porous defense.

I have had the opportunity to watch football games the entire day...and have to comment about them. Detroit won. I think this is the first game that I've watched on Thanksgiving that they won in...a hell of a long time. Good for them and Dan Campbell--who I really like and should have been the Dolphins HC...that's another story. The Bears have something of a team but are weak in the coaching

Can the Dolphins make a run at winning 11 games--that is, winning all the rest of the games on the schedule? I don't know! It would be fantastic and an amazing turn around. Fans can only wish, or perhaps fantasize that such a thing is possible. First things first with beating the Patriots today followed by a short week and facing the Packers on Thanksgiving. All said and done...one game at a

A super long field goal spells disaster and another loss for the Dolphins with seconds left to play. (Bills 30, Dolphins 27) Archane ran the ball very well today and the O-line seemed to play with skill. Hopefully, they continue to improve. Dolphins now 2-6.

Sunday Ticket for you is not going to enhance your viewing pleasure of the Dolphins. Watching them has proven them to be very disappointing and I live a relatively short distance from the stadium and watch them every game day on TV--seldom go to the game in person these days. As for the team's success this season--I can't imagine things turning around. The loss today should not have happene

I missed the second half of the game and was surprised that our lead faded away into a loss. A loss to an average team doesn't bode well for the rest of the season. I remain disappointed and not optimistic about future games.

Huntley down...end of game...no time left and we are done, lose 16-10. Very discouraging to say the least. Play calling with Boyle was way too conservative, IMO, and too much to expect from him with no time outs and seconds left on the clock.
