In my humble opinion you win superbowls with stars at the either in the end of the draft or free agency after the draft. Jameson Konz with his size and speed has the chance to be the steal of the draft.

I think he can be a star in the Pro's as a very fast tight end. A 4.41 40 at 236 lbs is damn fast.

A very good tight end like Jason Witten, Dallas Clark, Jeremy Shockey, Chris Cooley when healthy, and Antonio Gates will make our offense that much better. It is no secret that the teams who have very good tight ends normally make the playoffs. Just look at the teams who made it last year. If he is their in the late 1st or early 2nd round I would draft Gronkowski hands down.

He had surgery and is now competely healthy. You don't run a 4.65 at 258 lbs if you have a bad back. Clearly his back was an issue and is not now. This player reminds so much of a younger Tony Gonzalez, and yes everyone would take Gonzalez in the 1st round no matter where because he has had a great career so far with more to come. So I ask all of you if you have the chance to draft the the ne

We draft Kronkowski and our offense is top 15 with the ability to win ball games instead of losing them for us.

After watching those highlights calling Hillis a nothing is an insult to all NFL fans who like hard nosed give it their all old fashion football players of which Hillis definately is one of in these current times.

1603. Re: WR
I do not want a receiver from Georgia Tech. I don't care how good he is supposed to be. Players from a run oriented school rarely make it in the NFL as a good receiver except for Keith Jackson. He might have been the exception.

Weilker on the Phins last year, along with the addition of Hartline would of made a very good receiving unit last year. Welker for what ever you guys think of him is a damn good receiver, and he is not afraid unlike Ted Ginn to go over the middle and take a hit. I would trade them straight up at this point if we could.

Mizzou your mis informed Konrad wasn't allowed to run the ball, and Gerhart is way more talented the Brian Leonard. Another question why did you compare him to 2 white guys. Now that is racist.

1619. Re: RB
A point I would like to make why did all the pundits feel that Toby Gerhart had the most to prove at the combine. Why did he have to run a good 40 time in order to be a high draft pick while the other backs did not have to perform as well. I think the answer is obvious white running backs for what ever reason have to prove themselves more than their black counterparts just to be taken as a good

1620. Re: RB
Gerhart ran 4.53 I told everyone that he is the 2nd coming of John Riggans. He would make us the best rushing team in the league by far. Gerhart is the steal of the draft period. 6ft 231 lbs with 4.53 speed in the 40. The total package indeed.
