that the defense will be better because we have a defensive coordinator who is a guru of the 3-4 defense. His hiring alone should move us up about 10 spots because Mike Nolan knows how to coach. I think he is a hell of an upgrade over Pasqualoni who could not get another job as a defensive coordinator after he was fired.
