We will likely make the play-offs but, we really need to win the last three games to get the 5th or 6th seed to play Cincy or Baltimore on the road. If we get the 7th seed we'll be facing either KC or Barfalo on the road and the other the following week. Not looking too promising.

McD definitely showed his rookie level play-calling by not chewing up the clock with a slow, methodical, time-consuming drive. Dolphins are again wearing all white unis. That's like wearing camouflage in a snowstorm as opposed to the Bells wearing all red. On a subconscious level Allen might have a hard time seeing one of our corners or safeties closing the gap on a receiver. It might just give us a bit of an edge.

Clearly McD's inexperience is showing. No halftime adjustments to speak of. Opposing defenses have figured out how to take away the middle of the field and, McD has no plan B that Tua can handle. The December swoon is alive and well in Miami.

Looks like the old Tua showed up to play. He's just as nervous and ineffective as the Tua in last season's game at the Titans. This does not bode well for the play-offs.

This is a concern going forward. Miami is potentially one injury away from the season being over. Very little depth on the o-line, the running game which looked so promising is just ordinary and, McD's play calling is suspect with Skylar in as QB. When he should be running out the clock he calls plays that were keeping Houston alive. It's got to get better for this nasty road trip coming up.

I'm excited. I splurged and bought 4 new jerseys for the playoffs. Got a Csonka, Nat Moore, Jason Taylor and, a Marino. I'll admit that it looks like I was wrong about Tua being too small to play in the NFL and it looks like opposing defenses are afraid to commit to all out blitzes out of fear of leaving somebody open for a big gain. There have been nonclinical studies indicating that beards, at least for QBs, improve performance (on the field). Hockey players grow beards out of tradition once the play-offs start.
