OK by me. I feel the same. That DOES NOT mean I will not disagree with you here on this board when I think you're wrong.

"Did injuries factor in, of course, but I still go back to the play that started the collapse. Frank Gore runs twice for 9 yards. Third and one, and Bengals are reeling. Inexplicably, they opt for a low percentage deep pass to Stills which is incomplete. Three and out and the collapse is underway." Gase, in his presser, claims that the collapse started when Tunsil went down. Bullfarb

"I never said that Granny would find her way onto an NFL roster, just that if one ever rushed the passer, Young would be unable to block her. I stand by my use of the word literally." And, the misuse of the word "literally" is still incorrect.

We could improve our run blocking by bringing up Isaac Asiata from the practice squad, he has a reputation as a good run blocker, the "road grader" type. However, he's not a particularly effective pass blocker, so I don't see Gase bringing him up anytime soon.

It's still incorrect. I don't think Granny will find her way onto an NFL roster anytime soon.

And here I thought I was the only one that gets annoyed at the misuse of the word "literally". The mispronunciation of the word "hyperbole" bugs me, too. (hy-per-bo-lee)

How many have you seen? I've seen MUCH worse. However, these stiffs are OUR stiffs, so it seems worse than it is. Look at it this way - it can only get better.

I don't mind agressive playcalling, either. I just believe that a deep pass on a 3rd and 1 situation in which you needed to sustain a drive because your opponent has just scored for the first time in the game and your running game is working well was a misguided decision. Don't let them get something going. You've got a drive going, so you get the first down, then you continue to attack the defen

I was looking for reasoned responses, but I suppose I should have been prepared for hysterical "blame everybody" posts. I should have waited 'till Wednesday to post this.

This game frustrated me. I've been bitching about Gase's handling of the running game, and I think this game proves my point. He called a balanced game in the first half and the early part of the third quarter, then on 3rd and 1 when we needed a sustained drive, he calls a deep pass which was incomplete, and ruins the rhythm of the offense. He lamented in his presser that "we couldn't susta

"We never challenged Gronk and our secondary couldnt cover either." I've heard other people say this, and while the coverage wasn't too good, on Patterson's first touchdown the Pats blatantly picked the X-man right in front of a ref (yes, I know that they do but it's still illegal) and it wasn't called. Ref gave some crap reason that didn't really have anything to do with the play's il

Did you notice the illegal pick on Patterson's TD? Wasn't called, when asked about it, ref gave a ridiculous answer.
