No doubt about it. This guy cannot win on the road. Plus, he can't beat a blitz he and everybody else in the stadium knows is coming. At this point, I think Derek Carr has shown that he was a flash in the pan. He might be better than Tannehill, but not by enough to justify the price we would have to pay for him.
