sorry but not one leak in 3 years about all this disfunction? This is yet another hit job by the yes man Grier. I hope Flores goes to the bears and succeeds. Wherever he goes will be my 2nd team. I'd love it if he trades for Tua wherever he ends up. Ross is a clown. Grier is a corporate suck up. This team is a rudderless ship. I'll always be a phin fan at heart but these boobs mak

Yes men work in his real estate empire not the NFL. Chris Grier is a yes man and that's why he always survives regime changes and why this team will always suck. Everything the team is leaking to a select few in the media is to save face. Has anyone read an article form "sources close to brian flores"?

Grier retained. The narrative pushed by Grier and the organization is "relationships". Grier has Ross' ear and will survive anything. We won't be relevant until Ross is gone.

I think Flores is disappointed in not making the postseason. If he's upset over Harbaugh rumors, tough shit. His QB dealt with them all season and still played his ass off for him. If heads are going to roll I expect the "sources close to" finger pointing to begin shortly.

Tua will be fine whether here or elsewhere. The kid is smart and accurate. Great post, treasure. Vegas had our over/under at 9.5 wins. Looks like they were spot on.

That was a disappointing performance all around. The untimely bad calls didn't help either. Needam got pulled down and HE got flagged. That led to a TD. When we finally had something going on O, Parker got mugged. No call. And the tenn fumble that ogbah came out with? What in the hell happened there. Those calls didn't beat us but did change the complexion of the game. Tennessee shut

If you trade X you can kiss the zero blitz goodbye. He's the best DB in the league. You ride that out. I would cut byron jones. Overpaid and underskilled. We should address the Oline in FA and open up the wallet. Grier can't seem to draft them. It is what it is. Johnson and Lindsay have proven that a good RB can mask a bad oline. They should resign both of them and draft another

The broncos were perennial contenders BECAUSE of Elway. Every QB needs a good team around them and a little luck to win it all. Tua has crap for an oline, running game, and his top 2 WRs missing time and he's finding ways not to turn it over and win utilizing a rookie WR.

Maimi's offensive rankings: QB Pressures: 31st O-line rating (PFF): 32nd Pocket time: 32nd Rush YPG: 31st Rush YPC: 31st Receiver drops: 32nd A 2nd year QB with the worst oline in the league is outperforming Tannehill. He's smart and deadly accurate. He avoids pressure and keeps plays alive. Tannehill without Henry has turned into a turnover machine.

We endured 7 years of Tannehill and now we're giving up on a QB that hasn't played a season's worth of games? And Treasure, those QBs you listed. Are you talking first round?

QBs make mistakes. It happens but after those 2 ints he brought us back from a two TD deficit to take the lead late in the 4th.

You're right, sam. No quality coach will come here with the mindset of "I'll make them forget about Shula". We get reclamation projects or first timers for a reason.

Tua is the least of our problems now. He's played well enough to win the last 2 games. Moving on from Tua before he plays a full season screams "win now". The same place we've been the past 20 years.

Grier and the entire scouting dept need to go. He was in charge of the rebuild and failed. Flores has to have some say on his roster and I think he's just as responsible for getting rid of the FAs after 1 year. They're outsmarting themselves. They gutted the first year of their actual rebuild this year and are paying the price. Van Ginkle was a force rushing the passer last year, now he'

brian flores lost this game with back to back stupid challenges. Save those TO's and we get the ball back with a minute left and a chance to win this in regulation. The constant churning of the roster and coaching staff has caused what we're seeing. There's no continuity with any position group. New coach, new techniques every every year. The first full year of the rebuild we spent in FA

49. Re: SB
The super bowl proved that playing 4 olinemen out of position and coach unwilling to adjust can cost you a super bowl. KCs starting tackles were out. You have to factor that in and it's shortsighted to use that as a barometer for the upcoming draft. We spent a 1st and 2nd on oline last year. We had 3 rookies playing. How about we give them an offseason and a 2nd year before investing mor

Finish what you started. This team went from a dumpster fire to the verge of the playoffs this year because we finally tore it down and rebuilt the right way. Don't throw that out the window because a shiny new toy became available. Watson can complain about ownership all he wants but he was just fine with them 4 months ago when he signed his extension and pocketed 27mm. Tigers don't change th

It's all relative. They guys saying we stole weaver are the same ones that had him going in the first in their mocks. Think about that. They portray themselves as experts yet not one team liked the guy well enough to take him 5 times. No one will know for a couple years. What I do know is we've been run on and couldn't run the ball for years. That was addressed in a big way. We als

I'd like to see us use some of our 4ths and 5ths to jockey for position in the 2nd and 3rd to beef up the oline, get an rb, and a safety.

Speaking of high character guys, these tweets from our new DB Byron Jones are fantastic.... Byron Jones ✔ @Byron31Jump My advice to 2020 rookies: DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY. That number you see on your contract is fake. You will pay roughly 40% to 50% in taxes, agent fees, union dues, 401k account + necessary insurance. Also, a large portion of your contract is NOT GUARANTEED. (1/5)

This team still has holes everywhere. We're in the first offseason of a complete rebuild. If there's a flurry of trades to get QBs and simmons is there at 5 you don't pass him over because of a need at another postion. We did that with Luke Keuchly. You especially don't do it to pick Justin Herbert. The giants could have taken josh allen at 6 and daniel jones at 17. They reached for jon
