His ancient approach to an offense/play calling is what's lacking "dynamics" and anyone with a 1/2 brain can see it. I really can't wait for this bum to be gone.
dolphanmark - You do have a logical assessment. I think the play calling is what's really gotten to me. Some different formations would help a bit too. I'm really tired of seeing the "I" formation & the Wildcat

That's why he's horrible HC material. That's a job where he's in over his head, and his ego. OC/QB coach is all I'd consider him for & nothing more.
I think Marshall as well as Cutler both had loyalty towards Shanarat to begin with. There was a great feeling of betrayal when Shanny was fired, and Josh didn't help matters much in that department by pushing his weight around as the new HC.

I have no sympathy for Dan Henning. His years of success are long gone. The modern NFL has passed his old ass way of thinking which he failed to adapt to, which is why he's been fired before.
If he's refusing to admit accountability in any way for a lack of the offense being "dynamic", & instead trying to blame the players for not having enough speed, then I don't want him to tea

An "I" formation is indeed pretty useless with less than a minute to play when you need to score points.
And what's scary is that Sparano is supportive of Henning. So if Tony doesn't get fired & Henning doesn't retire, guess what? Nothing changes.
I'd like to believe that Ross has had enough of this crap.
