Actually, had it not been for that kickoff return for a TD this would be very encouraging. Nice that the team came back - Henne looks good & so does the Defense so far.

You're right, this could be a long day. Between injuries and the way this team is coached and managed during a game, we'll be lucky to win another game for the duration of the season. My Raider observations: If Jason Campbell is going to play, stuff the box & Cover 2. He is not a very good QB. He holds onto the ball too long, locks onto receivers and doesn't see the open ones. Gradkowski

No thanks on Vince Young. I'd rather have a 50 year old Dan Marino.

My expectations weren't very high for the Bears game. Three days for a 3rd string QB to prepare & get in sync with receivers = not good. A 3rd string center doesn't help much either. With more time to prep for the next game my expectations will be higher. Too bad Henning is a big thorn in the side of this offense. He needs to go.

I voted for all the above (there does seem to be some execution issues), but the play calling is absolutely horrendous and very predictable. Henning should be the first to go. There's no doubt about it. If this doesn't happen, this team won't go anywhere and will continue to suck on offense.

Unfortunately you're right about that stigma with Hawaii players. Just think...Bess wasn't even drafted. Brennan played like a gamer in his NFL debut at the HOF game in '08 after being snubbed until the sixth round & I thought he'd have a bright future in this league. Then in comes Shanarat for the Skins & dumps him in favor of John freaking Beck as the #3 QB. What a joke. Good for th

I'm happy for Bess. He's a diamond in the rough who's had to play his heart out to even make a roster spot in the NFL being an Undrafted Free Agent. He has great hands, & I've seen him make some amazingly acrobatic catches stretched out catching balls just inches from the ground from poorly thrown passes to keep drives alive. He gives it his all. Way to go, Bess!!!

I didn't see the game. I assumed that Thig was just given some garbage time to get reps when the game was out of reach regardless of what

I remember Marino loving being blitzed. If a team lived by it, he'd make them die by it. Ahhh...The memories....

Great. Now the Jets can bask in more glory & I'll get to hear and read all the analysts hyping them up and hugging their jocks for yet another week.

Duhhhh...Well with the way this team is being coached and managed I guess I don't have a clue anymore of who is who. I thought Thigpen was the #3, so hang me.

I firmly believe that having just a stud return man isn't good enough. That's like having a HOF QB without a good O'line. Coverage and blocking is where the most obvious lack of talent lies in the ST game for the Phins. The basic fundamentals need to be addressed or nothing will be accomplished and this team will continue to lose.

I'd like to know why anyone thinks Tyler Thigpen is even expendable. In all actuality we could be two plays away from him having to start. Now think about all the QB's dropping to injury in this league right now and look at the situation that Cleveland is in. Their #3 is a rookie who hasn't even taken a snap in a regular season game, so now they're looking for a recycle bin veteran to fill t

What this team needs for Special Teams first and foremost are players who can block and tackle. Devin Thomas alone won't solve anything.

I've seen better play calling from my son's Pop Warner coach years back. Two years straight undefeated.

So I leave work early yesterday for a Dr appointment. While in the waiting room I'm watching the 1st half of the game until halftime. I'm stoked that the Pats are held to 6 points with the score 7 - 6. I come out of the examination room to have my prescriptions filled and the score is 27 - 14 NE with the Fins meltdown in full swing. I can't even watch as the Pats score yet again so I leave.

Some play calling was lame tonight. Defense also looked sloppy at times. The Jets played a better game is what it came down to.

Pretty bad when opponents execute the Wildcat better than the team who brought it into the NFL.

I agree that our defense was the key to this victory. Offense better pick it up for the home opener.
