My hope is that Gase let's Tannehill go off the rails a bit, and gives him the chance to either go to the next level or fail. Keeping a guy like RT, a 1st round supposed franchise QB, sheltered against failure by keeping the plays safe and simplistic is a huge reason why we haven't seen RT go off like I think he has the ability to do. Given that he put up solid numbers last year, I'm very keen on

He made the rounds on ESPN yesterday. He had some eyebrow raising things to say. When asked if Tannehill is close to being an elite QB, Jennings basically said that he doesn't know, that he can't tell because RT has been "babied and handcuffed so far in his career." He would also not commit to saying RT was a great or even good QB. He went on to say that he has caught passes from

Coming into the 2017 season, who signs Ray Rice? Does he get a 2nd chance, or does he continue to be blackballed by the entire NFL? My guess is he goes somewhere to a team desperate for a runner and gets paid league veteran minimum.

I didn't know miller was up for a contract. If so then I agree. Forte is also 30 years old and has 8 seasons of wear and tear on him.

Yea. They won the game with one offensive touchdown. 1 frigging touchdown. They won it the same way the Ravens and the bucs won. Defense, run at least semi succesfully, don't turn it over and take whatever points you can.

For everyone riding cam newton, and let me say first that I think cam needs to grow up some, let's take his actions during the super bowl with a little perspective. Go back to another past super bowl, indy vs new Orleans. New Orleans wins the game, and the opposing qb at the end of the game heads straight to the locker room, not shaking anyone's hands or congratulating anyone. So Peyton M

Basically he passed on an opportunity to become mega rich. He's set for life as it is, just by what he's already made, with losses included. I have no pity or feelings about this. Just a story about how a rich guy could've gotten much richer but passed.

My point isn't to argue statistics, but to state that I'm tired of qbs that aren't upper tier, and that not drafting one in the first is just more of the same. I'm calling it now, if we draft a QB in any other round than the first, he won't amount to anything.

Qbs drafted outside of round 1 are rarely anything to write home about. The odds of getting a QB worth a damn in layer rounds are one in a million.

Rumor was the Philbin had given up on Tannehill and wanted to bench him, and Ross said no. Will Gase hitch his future to Tannehill or will he insist on bringing in his own guy. We certainly are in a position this year to draft a QB very early. Opinions?

One thing to be annoyed and pissed. Another thing to make post after post about how shitty your team is.

All I know is lately reading this board is like stabbing my eyes with a fork. Nothing but bitching and pessimism. I get that you're pissed off, but to pour negativity and sarcasm into EVERY post is just ridiculous. If all you think about is how shitty your team is going to be, well that's all you'll ever get.

I lost my passion after the first quarter of the season and following our head coach being canned. I haven't watched a game since. It's too depressing. Hopefully our new GM will be a good addition and does a better job along with our yet to be named head coach.

Kelly took a 4-10 eagles team and went 10-6 with a division championship the first year then had a playoff run his second season. This year has been his only bad year. Philly has issues with the front office that made the team fail. It wasn't kelly. I would love to have kelly as our coach, but only if he wouldn't insist on personel control.

Is this an option? With Tannehill apparently not living up to expectations that some have, do we maneuver ourselves into picking up this guy to replace Tannehill in 2 years? I see what's going on in Denver, and even looking at Aaron Rodgers, qbs who sit for a few years before being thrown I to the fire tend to have a better chance for high level success. With our GM, anything possible. Good or ba

Gotta love smart asses. Anyway, Campbell isn't going to be the coach after the end of this season. He had to make the playoffs to pull that off. And anyone hoping Ross is going to sell the team, just give over. He's too addicted to the power and attention owning a team brings. All you have to do is look at his relationships with the celebrities he has brought around the facilities.

I can't stand negative people. If all you have to say is how you think its all a lost cause, I really don't see why you bother to watch the team, much less post on a fan forum. Anyway, just a note about the cowboys game. Room is scheduled to return that game. Indy isn't very good so I don't see how that game shows us much. And the giants have the worst ypg defense in the league so it should be

Just watched Ginn drop what would have been the winning catch in OT. It was a perfect pass, hit him right in the wheelhouse and he drops it. Brought back a lot of memories.

What I saw was tannehill moving chains, make one bad throw and took one bad sack. The other INT was on Mathews. Defense held their own. We are closer to being a contender than the score of that game indicated, and I won't let pessimistic attitudes founded by a past filled with failure ruin my hopes for this rosters success in this season.
