Would the broncos had won the SB if Tannehill was the QB?

Yea. They won the game with one offensive touchdown. 1 frigging touchdown. They won it the same way the Ravens and the bucs won. Defense, run at least semi succesfully, don't turn it over and take whatever points you can.
Manning threw 9 Td's and 17 int's last year! He threw 2 td's and 1 pick in the post season. The Broncos threw 19 total TD's & 23 picks last year as a team. So, YEAH. They could have won with T-hill and his 24:12 ratio.
I also think Elway would give up his right arm and a 1st round pick for Tannehill.

Joe, most of us here know and have stated, that if Miami were to either put RT up for a trade or cut him, that at least half the league would be in line to sign him. The league is well aware of his talent and what he could do with good coaching and a decent team around him.
However, I don't think Elway would give up his right arm. LOL.

And the last time we won the SB, Griese had 67 yards passing. He threw the ball seven times, and completed six. OF course, we also had what I consider to be the best OL EVER, and the best FB ever in Larry Csonka so we ran the hell out of the ball.
In those days, the predominant philosophy was that you only passed the ball if you had to.
Despite Broadway Joe, passing had still not come into the vogue that it is today. Today, it is the equal, if not the first, option of moving the ball on offense.
In fact, running was first even in the days that truly great defenses were in vogue.
We had the "no name defense" but the defense as a preeminent football part of the team only really started getting EQUAL attention after Pittsburgh's STEEL CURTAIN was acknowledged as an equal reason for those four SuperBowl trophies.
