Deep group? ... okay... but what matters most is the talent level of your starter.

I agree *Bleacher Report* is not good reporting. I will read the article anyway... just b/c I am addicted to news about the Dolphins

$12M is a lot of money. I just hope that by moving to more of a 4-3 will allow him to get free more often this year.

Actually, Pennington would've been a franchise QB,even without the strong arm, if he could've stayed healthy. Injuries ruined his career, not his weak arm. Which means that accuracy reigns supreme and a strong arm is a bonus.

I saw a lot of Hurricane games as I am also a Hurricane fan. He was the team! IMO he was the 2nd best RB in the draft this year. This may not spell the end of Thomas. It may be that after Bush is gone next year, they'll have this stable of backs of Thomas, Miller, and the big guy we just picked up. Every team wants 2 or 3 good backs nowdays.

I don't know... if Tebow becomes QB by mid-season.. and they have a defense... that's his style... ball control until the 4th and then let it fly.... Even Buffalo made moves this off-season. We're going to have to work really hard to sweep any team in the AFC East.

ha granted, I was wrong and should've known better, but that is what the article said. It was even on ESPN.com Insiders. When they have their updated transactions. And they wrote a blurb about how one of the Dolphins FAs being taken off the market... Apparently its been fixed. If I mess up like that again, I'll spare you all and bannish myself for good!

Don't believe pure speculation from journalists trying to be the first to break 'news' that have no real news. Peyton will meet with the Dolphins and Titans.

So we've got Pouncey, Jake Long and Vernon Carey at C, LT and RG... so, between LG and RT... what's more important to improve upon?

Don't the Rams seriously need a WR? I would give them Brandon Marshall, this year's 3rd, Swap 1sts, and give them next year's 1st. Have they shown any interest in Marshall at all?... would be cool to know.

looks like RGIII, Peyton and then FLynn is winning out.. small sample though. honestly, I don't want Flynn... (watch him have a monster season for someone else and then I'll have to eat my words).

What dolphin4545 said is so true, but I'll take it a step further. I don't even need the Dolphins to win games. I just need them to play with spirit (as he mentioned). I don't need to go back to the days where making the playoffs were a given. Look at the other teams that have lost a few games and you'll still see them fighting hard. The Colts may have lost their lead against the Chiefs, but

I want to say that I have talked a lot of junk about Henne over the years. One of my good friends, who is also a Dolphins fan told me that Henne made great strides this off-season. I told him, "no way, especially with no mini camps and limited practices... no way he made 'great' strides." I am so happy. He was harassed all night and he still had a great game. I am so happy that

henne is doing allright... but I still wish we had Orten right now... seriously. But Go Henne since you're what we've got... wish he wouldn't have overthrew Marshall... and underthrew that other guy last series.

What did the Eagles give him. Its only 1 year. Would he have come back to us in a backup role for less money. I doesn't sound like he received much from the Eagles. BTW, he is instantly better than all of the Eagles' current RBs... yes, that includes Lesean McCoy.

To everyone that keeps saying that Orten sucks, I need you to explain why. How does he suck. All I saw was him completing passes year after year after year. He threw 20 TDS and 9 INTs last year, compared to Chad's 15 TDS and 19 INTs right? Just checking. I am not hating on Henne, but I am showing some support for bringing in Orten. I don't think a 2nd round pick is too much. If the D

I don't know if the whole Merling and a 3rd is true, but if it is, I'm ready to pull the trigger. He's okay, but Orten is a proven QB.

We all know Gruden won with Tony Dungy's players, but the Raiders team that he won agaisnt in that Superbowl... Wasn't that team built by him? Notable Players that the Raiders had: Offense: QB: Rich Gannon WR: Tim Brown, Jerry Rice, Jerry Porter (avg player that Rich Gannon made look good) RB: Charlie Garner (another avg player, but did well b/c everyone had to respect Gannon) TE: Doug

FYI:.... correcting spelling and grammar mistakes on this website is pointless. I believe people just want to say how they're feeling w/out having to send a rough draft to a professor first. All of the people reading the messages understand what the poster is trying to say. The endless personal criticism is dulling the flavor is this site! - GO 'PHINS

I guess I was impatient with Henne b/c he sat for a couple of years and then started last year... So I was expecting the Aaron Rodgers effect... y'know.. I know. I was probably being too greedy. Now, it doesn't seem like any of that matters now that everyone on our team is hurt! And Marshall got hurt on his own accord after doing that wide jumping spin... I'm just like c'mon guys... warm-up,
