Are you serious? The Cowboys would do that? Is Peter King just making this stuff up or something?...If you're Dallas, would you give up Miles Austin for a chance that Dez Bryant will be better. Especially knowing that Roy Williams isn't doing that well?... Sounds way too good to be true, but if it is... I'm all aboard!

I really wanted Boldin. In my eyes, we have a bunch of slot receivers on our team. I don't think we have a Legit 1 or 2 WR. We really don't.

I'm thinking the Browns will snatch him up... They really don't have anyone right now... Or maybe they'll take Westbrook...

I like it that you have us taking a FS in the 2nd. Lets not forget that the reason we lost so many games this year wasn't b/c of our LB situation, it was b/c of our horrid 2ndary. Our 2ndary is the worst I've ever seen... Well, Maybe last year's squad was worse.. Good thing is that we have some young guys at Corner that should be really good this year, but we have lots of ground to cover. T

Wow! eesti, this last post took the words right out of my mouth and I was wondering why these points weren't brought up earlier. I think Zach is the 2nd greatest inside linebacker of our time and Him and Ray both deserve to be in the Hall of Fame. Also, I don't put Urlacher in the category of great linebackers. In my opinion, he wasn't 'great' for a long enough period of time. Z

I like Ronnie..., but he scares me. He's great. I think I could make an argurment that he's in the top 6 RBs in the league... but does the name Bob Sanders come to mind?... I just don't know how a team is supposed to pay someone for a long term deal when that player gets hurt for entire seasons! (well 1/2 seasons....)

He's brash. He speaks w/out thinking He's bold He's audacious He's not the smartest coach I've ever seen, but he is one of the most Audacious... and that can win you some games! He definitely can encourage a decent player to play like a star for a game. He's pregnant with twins and he's coaching the Jets, other than that, I think he's cool. I also think the NFL needs him. excite

I think he'd be great!... but we'd never get him. Also, how many times can a team put the franchise tag on a player? Isn't there a limit? Vince needs to be quiet and play the cards that are dealt to him. He could definitely get more on the open market, however; its hard to defend him when he's complaining about upwards of $6mil....

honestly, I don't think he'd be around at #12 anyways. Also, we don't need him to beat the heck out folks for 10 years. If he delivered beat downs for the next 3 years, I'd be pleased...

100. Re: jets
I am a True Dolphins Fan, and I really can't stand the Jets... but I have so much respect for them because of this season. Their HC was bold and daring. Their young QB wasn't afraid to make mistakes. Their Running game was very very similar to ours when we had both Ricky and Ronnie. Like Realist said earlier, the difference was their Defense was better... ... and to think, we beat them

Will an uncapped season doom the NFL like it has doomed MLB? I don't the like the idea of no salary cap. I think its important to keep parity and compitition in the NFL. Well, lets see the first NFL player to hit $20 for one season! right now, wikipedia has this for the top 6: 1. Julius Peppers $16.683M 2. Carson Palmer $16.166M 3. Eli Manning $15.28M 4. Nnamdi Asomugha $

I think most fans realized he was just an overpaid pass rusher. We couldn't get rid of him because he had too much bonus money tied in. It would have hurt us too badly. I guess we're willing to take the hit now...

103. Re: WR's?
where do you think Anquan will go? He is able to leave Arizona now right? And we all know that he is fed up with them. Why can't we have him? He would be absolutely great for a young QB!

He does seem like he is a little too slow for this team. I think he would do better in a different system. We need guys that can just all out fly to the ball

I really really liked the guy when he played for UF. And then when he first came to Miami, I thought he had promise. Under Zach Thomas, I thought he was going to be a Solid starter in the NFL... and then it all just imploded. He went down hill very very fast. What is his problem?

How much of a cap hit are we taking by getting rid of those players early? Everyone loves the cap room that bonus money saves... until it comes back to bite you!

JOE HADEN! CB UF 5'11" 190lbs I really really like him. He's a decent size corner (not like the 6'2" Champ Bailey, Cromartie or Asoghmuah (sp) from the Raiders that I really like, but he's decent and he has great intelligence. He was a QB in highschool and in my opinion they make the best CBs. I think Arenas from Alabama is on the same level.

Honestly, I think you're doing your fans a disservices if you don't play to win every game. some lil' guy with very little money saved up to go see that game, and they didn't play to win it. If you're not good enough to play your starters and then pull them and still win the game, then your healthy starters need to play.

I don't think we need him. I think we need to be looking for Safeties and corners. I don't think adding Roth will do much for us because he's not great in coverage.

Their passing attack is so amazing, that no one can commit any serious amount of personel to stop the run. The same thing used to happen in Indianapolis when they had Marvin Harrison in his prime, a young Reggie Wayne and that third WR thats now with Denver. Same thing happened w/the Rams during their Superbowl runs.

Joe Flacco is good no doubt..., but he also has a much better team. His line is 2x as good as ours. He has three runningbacks ( I include McClain as a R. Yes we have ronnie and Ricky, but Willis, Ray Rice and McClain is just as good. He has a nasty nasty nasty defense and his WRs are more talented and more experienced. So, yes Flacco is very good, but I don't know how well he would've pl

Why isn't he returning kicks? He's actually very good at that. I know we wanted to rest him up for wr duties, but does it really take that much out of a player to be a KR/PR or a starter? I don't think so. These guys are world class athletes.

If it were possible, and even though I do like him, I'd trade Ronnie in a heartbeat! there is a whole lot of cash tied up in him and I believe that Ricky is better. Don't get me wrong, I like Ronnie, but I like Ricky more. He's stronger, tougher and runs harder. ... And he costs a whole lot less. If it were possible to trade Ronnie for a #1 WR... man, I'd do so fast!

Nothing at all. I had high hopes for him too. Didn't seem like they were thinking the injury was that bad during the pre-season. I wonder if they just don't have a spot for him any longer.
