Brian Hartline. I am not sure what happened to this guy, but he is horrible this year. His only 2 strengths were 1. Precise route running which allowed separation and 2. His great hands Both of those have been terrible this year, so he is ultimately ineffective & a bad player Phins need to go with Matthews, Landry, and Wallace as the base 3 starting WR's.
