Yeah, Hickey is all about keeping talentless players like Dallas Thomas & Daryn Colledge over talented young guys like Gator. smh

Has taken to twitter & radio over the last week or so and been eerily critical of RT17. She has suggested that he's not a good QB. My concern with this is, is this the way that Brent feels, too? He's a Captain & someone who is looked up to. If he feels this way, then I am sure others, if not a bigger portion of the locker room feels the same way as well. I know Miko is a loud mouth.

Plus, if Lazor could stay and run the Offense, I don't think Rex or Phins fans would have anything to worry about. Rex would deliver a top 3 Defense. He would turn a few of those young guys into superstars.

I think Hickey is not an Alpha male personality. I think he just wants to scout and find talent. Think Hickey and Rex would work perfect together.

Randy Starks has been one of the worst DT's in the NFL this year. His real trait as a DT was his initial burst, but he has lost it, now he can't win anymore. Starks is pretty much done.

I know this is crazy talk to people around here, but I am actually down for Rex Ryan as the next HC. He took the Jets, with Mark Sanchez as his QB to 2 Conference Championships. His problem in NY has been bad GM's, bad drafts by the GM's, and no Offensive talent or Offensive Coaching. Those issues wouldn't be a problem in Miami. Lazor and Hickey could stay, Lazor runs the O, Hickey continue

We've been really hampered by bad & ineffective coaching, but, if Nick Saban would have landed a QB (that's a different topic for a different day), there's no doubt in my mind we would have won rings. Another big problem was how depleted the roster was that Wannstedt gave Saban. Nevertheless, take a look at this All-Star lineup: Head Coach - Nick Saban Assistant HC- Will Muschamp -

well first off, the Parcells hire was wrong. So there's that. Secondly, any hire under his watch he has to take credit & blame for. That is how the business works, sorry.

Lazor deserves a might amount of blame, too. Lamar Miller averages over 5 yards a carry, yet runs only about 10 times a game. Lazor completely abandoned the deep ball for well over 10 games, then against the Pats, the deep ball actually proves to work. Lazor has been very bad. He has severely restricted the offense.

I am pretty terrified right now. Let this sink in: Stephen Ross hasn't hired the right guy (or a good one) yet. He's literally whiffed on every HC candidate. My only hope is that Marino brings a level of respectability to the coaching search that lands a big fish. I have no faith in Ross. None.

He will never be if he cant stay healthy. Injuries & being a bad football player are two completely different things.

I think Ross has figured out that he doesn't need to be the say so for this franchise... hence the Marino hiring. Which has lasted a lot longer than people expected and Marino has been much more invested than people expected. I think Marino is about to move into the drivers seat for this franchise in terms of responsibility.

There's so many good, young, talented players that Joe refuses to play. Every time Rishard Matthews is on the field, he outplays Meowgatron.

My issue with him is the mismanagement of his game day roster. Refused to play Jenkins, now playing him? Looks like a good player. Refused to play Jamar Taylor. When he played, looked good. I could really go on and on and on with names, .. Makes me really think about guys like Turner, Tripp, Aikens, and whoever. Don't feed me this BS that Colledge is better than Turner. Hes not.

He took over a worse team that the Dolphins and had them in the Conference Championship the very first year.. I would say that is a big reason for the enticement.

The bottom line with RT17 is, who out there available is better? Surely not Brian Hoyer. Not any of the rookies. He's the best we have & the best we could get. Need to fix the OL (still), and need to add a legit #1. Wallace is not, he should be a #2, Landry in the slot. Hartline can skedaddle. He doesn't fit this offense. I would part ways with Wallace too. But, 2015 is not the year t
