I think Conking is very similar to Martin. Both were college tackles. Put Conklin at either guard spot and as insurance for injury at tackle. Injured tackles have killed us for the last two seasons. Many say he can play LT but will need some time to work on his foot work so he is an option to take over for Albert...who was also projected as a guard coming out of college. Like it or not I think

Much like the Dolphins, their mistakes have been due to the fact that they miss on key players and trade up for flops. It's just poor talent evaluation in the draft as well as FA. They are twice as bad as Miami but....they have hit on some top notch o-linemen. They had the 8th pick in 2014 and took CB, Justin Gilbert. They then traded back into the first round for Johnny Jackass instead of tak

I'm definitely going to check out the new stadium this year. Possibly the home opener, depending on the opponent. I am betting it is most likely NE. I bet we also start the season with two away games so they can punch out the stadium.

Just realized this today after reading Misi's comments about working out with Alonso and after a pre-draft visit last week. Our starting LB'er unit could end up being S'ua, Kiko and Koa. Just found that kind of amusing. Sounds like a Hawaiian law firm.

I never said Landry was elite. I said he may be yet turn into an elite player. 13th in yards in his second year is a pretty good start. The addition of a true #1 WR on the same field is only going to make him better. He is already one of the best slot receivers in the game. One of the best at his position is the definition of elite. Landry will be mentioned among the top slot receivers. He alr

Well, if Tannenbaum is taking BPA then get ready for a redshirt season from Jaylon Smith at 13 if he gets a thumbs up on his medical recheck. We already know he doesn't mind taking injured players. DeVante Parker (foot issues) was a need pick as much as he may have been BPA. Jordan Phillips (back issues) may have jumped of the tape in his college years but only if you watched half the tape.

Who is JL? U mean JR? Everybody's booard is different. Some have VH as a nickle corner for example. Some will have WJ and EA higher Bc of size. Just like you have Decker as 3rd tackle.others have him as late round 1. Everybody says BPA is the only way but very few have that luxury. No way are we taking a WR at 13. Some have Spence completely off their board. Same with nkimdiche. Even

That's a lot of projecting...making 3 players switch positions. Urbik was a career RG until he was benched and then inserted to LG for half the year as injury replacement. He's average at best even though he was better than any guard we had. I would rather upgrade. I view him as a decent backup. James a career RT in college and NFL. Bushrod career LT college and NFL. Only practiced at G/

Averaged 3.3 career ypa (2.6 ypa in 2015) behind the same line where undrafted 2nd year RB from Abilene Christian University gained 4.0 ypa. and 6th round, 3rd year RB ran for 5.6 ypa. Value as a KR I guess but I don't really care about that as I would rather have someone who can take over as PR for Landry. Davis has never returned punts. I would rather take a gamble on a rookie or UDFA.

I wrote that before Jack Measured in at 240. I think he is the best player in the draft. Has better hips than Jalen Ramsey in coverage. That being said, Zach was a 5th round pick and the exception, not the rule. Most smaller linebackers don't hold up well.

ILB's are not a "break the bank" type of signing. Even if Alonso makes the PB in 2016, we can re-sign him for small money. The big ILB signing this year was Trevathon. He signed for $6.1M per year. It also provides motivation for another one of our prospects to get his ass into camp and perform. Dion Jordan is one of his best friends and former roommate. That's also motivation for

Does anyone really believe that Gase took the Miami job over Eli Manning and the Giants by not watching any game film? He also saw him up close when RT put a 105 QBR in the mile high meltdown that exposed our top 5 defense to the rest of the NFL. Tannehill threw for 3 TD's and ran for another TD that game.

From owners meetings in South Florida.... Jordan Phillips has been told to get in better shape. Will drop from 330 to 315. Said it is going well. On a bright note: Phillips was as good as a rookie as Earl Mitchell was in his 6th year. Not saying much but...

They aren't paying 19 mil. They are paying $11.25M per year for 4 years...or $15M for 3 years if things go really south. $45M guaranteed divided by 4 years when they can get out of the contract or extend.

They didn't exactly let them go for nothing. We will get a 3rd and 5th round pick for Miller and OV. And not be cap strapped with QB money for a DE inhibiting us from adding talent over the next 3 or 4 years.
