Go back and look at some game tape. Safeties rolled to his side more often than not. That means he occupied a corner and a safety thus leaving everyone underneath single covered....Clay, Hartline, Gibson, etc. It's not like they weren't trying to defend Wallace.

Most of the LB's from Alabama have been flops? I can recall Rolando Mclain but that's about it. He was a huge reach at 8, by a team known for reaching (Oakland).
