I don't believe signing Manning will be a bad decision, unless (1) he isn't completely healthy, or (2) he is healthy, then one hit messes up his neck again, and he is out. THEN I will believe it to be a bad decision. If Flynn is signed, he will probably be a good QB, one that can steady the ship, but will he be any better than Moore?

I really don't have a strong conviction in RG III that is he is going to be that next great QB, and that is what is needed if a team is going to give up what they will have to give up in this draft to get him. It will be at least two #1s, a #3, and others. That is a pretty hefty price to pay. Granted, if Miami did give all that up and he became that elite QB, then sure, it was worth it. B
