Tua not only had to go against the weather, but Flores wanted him to "let it loose" so Tua and everyone else could learn each others moves, etc., and give Tua the chance to throw it more than 10 yards.

The problem in trying to trade Howard is his present contract. The other team would have to pick up a lot of his present contract, AND....he will still want a new contract. He's up shit's creek. Let him sit and pay the fines.

Here's what I think may happen tonight.
Miami makes their pick at 6, then again at 18. As the draft moves on, Grier sees a guy high on their list, still there, say around pick 25 or so. Miami trades their 2nd rounder and a later pick to move back into the first round to get their guy.
Miami has enough ammunition to do something like this.
Can't wait for the draft to start.

Sorry Sam, I agree with Treasure, and I said I supported Tanny the whole time he was a Fin. He is a good QB, both for Miami and Tenn. He broke a couple of records while in Miami. He just didn't have the help he needed. Look at him in Tenn; he has talent around him and he has led the Titans to the playoffs. Bottom line, I have nothing negative to say about Tanny.
Now, as far as who would be av

Sewell is a top player, but he has played on the left side, as has been mentioned on this board a few times. There is another OL who has been mentioned, and some of the draftniks are saying Rashawn Slater could be a better pick, as he played on the right side for two years, and Tua needs someone to guard his backside. I've seen some hi lites of this guy, and he just bowls the defensive player ove

Folks here are mentioning Tua not having a training camp, which is a true statement, but what a lot of people forget is that Tua was still coming off that hip surgery.
This year is his year to prove himself. Full training camp, no injuries coming in.

I don't have a problem with Miami grabbing this guy. As Treasure said....this is only a swap of 7th rounders. Doesn't work out? Fine, see ya later.
Hey, this guy was picked in the first round, so evidently he has potential. Now it is up to Flores and the coaching staff, with assistance from the players. This guy gets his head right and Miami has stolen another one.
Hopefully, this guy can h

jlyell13. That's what Miami is attempting to do; if no takers, will have to cut him.

I also don't think Miami will make this trade. Watson's contract is sky high and I'm not too sure about his attitude. He is the QB; he's not in the front office.
Stick with Tua: get him some weapons and hope the NFL can once again return to normal, i.e., training camp, etc.
If Tua still doesn't do the job, then work for next season and a new QB(s).

I say do not trade for Watkins.
Number 1, his contract is too high. Number 2, Miami needs those draft picks to help upgrade and also fill the holes. 3. Not sure if Flores would be willing to bring Watson's attitude to Miami. Something doesn't go his way, and Watson is off to the races.
Flores has a good thing going; don't spoil it.

The Fins are surprising me; didn't expect a 6-3 record, with 5 wins in a row, however.....
The D has had some really key plays, but the passing defense needs to tighten up. Way too many wide open receivers. The D is lucky in that (most) of the teams they have been playing are not in the "elite" category. They keep playing like they have been and the opponents' pass game will kill Mia

Sam....Miami won't be bad enough to get the 1st pick (Lawrence).
