94. Shock!
I am in complete shock that our Dolphins lost vs the Patriots....<sarcasm>. I expected it, although I was hoping they could pull it off. It's the same old story...depend on other teams but end up blowing the game they should have won. The Jets did their part, but Miami did not. Miami still has a shot at the playoffs, where they beat the Jets, but the Bills have to beat the Patriots. Even th

Going back over the Buffalo game (and a few of the others), where are the TEs? Gesicki is a forgotten man. If McDaniel doesn't want to use him between the 20s, at least use him once the O gets close to the end zone; he is tall, can jump, and has great hands. Why waste his talent? Now, the question is, is it on McDaniel or on Tua? Maybe both? 3rd and short: Why does McDaniel insist on passing w

I am going to disagree, somewhat, with some of the posts thus far. Both teams have to play in this weather; granted, the Bills are home, but they are still human...the cold will also get to them. Now, saying that.... The Fins can win this game, however, I am not saying they will, but they do have a shot, IF.... McDaniel can come up with plays that can be beneficial to our offense, along

Teams have figured out how to play our offense, and the opponents' offenses easily beat our DBs. As someone previously said, Howard is giving too much space and yes, his tackling leaves a lot to be desired. Tua was off (again), but why couldn't our receivers get space? Since teams are concentrating so much on our WRs, especially Hill and Waddle, why aren't our TEs being targeted? Gesecki is o

Well, so much for MVP for Tua. Hill is the only Dolphin that should be in the running for that award. Why Tua was so far off I have no idea, but if he had connected on those first half passes (like he usually does) it would have been a blowout for Miami. The D played well, and the OL did as well, until the most important time of the game....the last time Miami had the ball with Tua as QB. We

Just thinking. Miami will have to utilize its running backs to catch passes and also the TEs down the middle. Hill and Waddle can take the top off, and if the 49ers blow coverage, Tua can let it fly, otherwise, with our two guys racing down the sidelines, that should open up the middle of the field. Tua is going to have to do some quick reads before Bosa gets there. As I said in a previous

I am very concerned about the 49er game. Armstead must be healthy and must play Sunday, otherwise....it's hard to believe that one guy (Armstead) goes out and the whole damn OL caves. Tua was sacked 3 straight times, if not 4. Ridiculous! The first sack he was folded in half. He is lucky he came out of it OK. SF will be the toughest game coming up, but Miami cannot think the other games will

Well gang, after a warmup with Houston, things get serious for the Fins. They better not overlook the Texans. This stretch of games will let us know what the Fins are really; good only against lesser talented teams or up there with the best? I am pleased with where they are at present and how they got there, but these good teams will have a defense set up to stop Tua, Hill, and Waddle. Our O

Can't keep playing like this. Our D is going to get clobbered when we play the "good" teams, and they are coming up soon. Yes, I understand our DBs are on IR and we have a bunch that we plucked off the street. They aren't playing poorly, but because of their inexperience, Boyer can't call the blitzes he normally does. We don't have many picks in next year's draft, but Miami has to grab

Read an article in "The Phinsider" about it being wrong that Wake has not had the opportunity to sign a one day contract with the Fins so he could officially retire as a Miami Dolphin." I agree; he did a terrific job while with Miami. Let's get moving on this.

Hated to lose Parker (especially to NE). He's a good receiver, but can't stay healthy.

With the trade for T. Hill, Miami lost its 2022 first round draft pick, but think about it....the draft pick was in the high 20s. Hill is worth more than that pick. I am a little confused....I heard Miami gave up one of its two number 1 draft picks for 2023. I also heard no mention of that move. Anyone here know for sure?

Wow. This one took me by complete surprise. Not expecting this at all. First season, got his team from the joke of the NFL to winning 5 games. Second season got them to 10-6. Third season got team in the record books by losing 7 straight then winning 7 straight. Swept the Patriots for the first time in a long time. Got our defense to be one of the top defenses in the league. Football wise,

I have previously stated my thoughts on Tua, so.... I am hoping the Miami brass does not (again) entertain the thoughts of trading for D. Watson. Nothing against his talent, but Miami will have to give up way too much on draft picks and pay his salary. At present, Miami, I believe, has the second highest dollar amount for the upcoming season. I think it is $78M. Watson's salary is $35M. Miami

Well, it was fun while it lasted. Very poor showing in all facets yesterday. D looked nothing like they did in the 7 game winning streak. Offense was worse than it had been before the streak. I am not agreeing with some of the posters here; Tua deserves another year behind a decent OL, that will give him time to set up and throw. Tannehill was rarely bothered while passing. Their run game (

I am sick of people, when referencing Miami's 7 game streak with the "yeah, but" phrase, as they say that Miami has only beaten the bad teams. What they fail to think about is that Miami was one of those bad teams, until they started winning. Because Miami is winning, now all of a sudden Miami is no longer one of those "bad" teams, but are now considered one of the "good&

Well, the Fins made it seven in a row. Our D is a playoff D; our O is just good enough to beat the mid- teams. That big int that Tue threw vs the Saints, has to stop. He has done that too many times this year. Not gonna be able to overcome those ints against good teams, ala Titans and Patriots. Am I blaming Tua for thos ints? Some of them yes, and some of them no. He has to play smart, bu
