I don't think we can just look at results in picking a HC. Leadership style and ability to field the best players on the team at any given time is really important. Honestly, I don't know who does that best of all the big name prospects out there. I finally saw RG3 speak on several TV programs following his selection. My reaction to him was what an nice young man. He's smart, quite articulate, respectful and humble. Jumping in late on this thread. Sparano may be learning--changing practices and working out differently, however, winning now is a little too late to make a difference in the divisional race. He shows he can adapt but is very slow on the uptake, IMO. I do believe, the Fins were poorly coached and confused, rather than motivated, as most have to be at the beginning of the season to win games

I do think that Marshall has a slight case of "attention deficit." On every pass play he need's to believe the ball will be coming his way and not to think otherwise when the ball goes to another receiver.
