It's half time. Chiefs lead us by 4, 14-10. The Defense is playing quite well, however, I sense the offense won't be able to stay with the Chiefs. While Gesicki is good, Parker is now hurt and may be out of the game or playing injured and unable to play well. We don't have a running game so the passing game is limited, really limited. It's been a fun game to watch so far. I hope the Chief

Another errant pass picked off. Rowe Defense playing smart. Go Dolphins!

Defense is playing tough. "Hands Up" Van Ginkle Tua to Gesicki--kick--7 points. Terrific.

Perhaps this game will be the biggest test for the defense. Offensively, the Chiefs are very explosive. Mahomes is in a category all by himself in my opinion. Moreover, his work at QB seems effortlessly. He is amazing to watch. His "star" shines brightly for sure, yet the rest of the Chiefs are terrific too. The whole team shines and it shows it with just one loss this season. I am

Can't have a great building without a strong foundation. In football terms, this area has to be both the offensive and defensive lines. Reinforcing that foundation is required because teams have be on the look out for better talent to either replace a man or men and or adding strength to an already good foundation. No team can overlook talented players at other positions important to

I watched most of the Buffalo game and thought, Allen is really good, quite accurate, good strong arm. I too saw his receivers getting plenty of daylight to catch the ball. Beasley, was like a magnet and was covered pretty well and Allen's passes were right there for him to catch. Accuracy and timing paid off there, IMO. Overall, Buffalo is a very good team. Not 100% on this thought, but pass

I enjoy watching a competitive game that is mostly penalty free. Sure, sometimes the officiating crew is inconsistent and penalties are called for the slightest infractions...but overall, a good clean game means both teams are well trained, disciplined, and probably competitive with one another. As we all know Shula's teams were often the least penalized team in the league. The defense is pl

What was a messy, sloppy game, turned into a game with 5 ejections for various penalties. The second big hit on Grant while trying to field a kicked ball resulted in a nasty brawl on the field. Tempers flared and they should have because of the nasty hit by #80. Grant never had a chance to field the kick, not just once, but twice before being leveled by #80. He should have been ejected. He ma

I guess I am the only one here today. What a messy, injury laden game thus far. Howard ejected for punching the Bengals receiver (Bond). Talented but foolish player. Howard needs to be smarter. Hope Flores reams him out. Score is Bengals 7, Dolphins 6 at the half. Ugh!

injuries are mounting and substitutes are having a tough time. Howard's 8th interception is inspiring though and there's hope we can mount some offense soon. Bengals 7 Dolphins just 3, right now.

It turns out that Tua will be the starting QB today. I hope he's feeling fine and has an accurate day throwing to receivers.

Well, there's a football game scheduled for today between the Bengals and the Dolphins at about 1 pm EST. However, one has to wonder what players will be on the field for both teams. Injuries and illness have taken their toll. As for the Dolphins, our running game has been getting weaker and weaker with players being tried and going down with injuries or testing positive for you know what. I u

Fitzpatrick did a nice job. Running backs, not so much. Xavien Howard's 7th interception was very welcome...two thumbs up. For 2020 we have improved our record with the Jets. Two wins and the Jets score a whopping 3 points. That's a laughable 1.5 points per game. The Jets are on the road to get the top pick in the draft. Gase continues to show that he's the right HC for the Jets. (He's terr

Breida won't be on the team next year. He has little to offer. His fumble and recovery by the Jets will be remembered. We need a focus on the running game in the future.

It's half time and Dolphins have the lead. What amazes me is Gore. He has a tough runner and clearly will be a hall of fame pick. Dolphins are not doing a good job stopping him. The defense appears lethargic to me and the secondary still seems to be a step off allowing too many completions. Fitzpatrick is having a decent game so far but needs to throw to more receivers. We need some varie

This is game #2, the rematch following a shut out performance by the Dolphins against the win less Jets. Injuries for both teams will have an effect on game play. It's been reported that Tua is questionable at QB because of a injury to his thumb sustained during practice. Who will be in the backfield running with the ball is also up in the air. Question marks everywhere it seems. The ga

Jesse Davis is okay from a depth standpoint, but he's not NFL starting caliber. I like Karras a lot but long-term, he isn't the answer. Drafting a young talented center is vital. Regarding the rookies, it's still wait and see." I agree completely.

I agree we are on the right course. It was a bad day for the team, period. Defense was out of sync again. Van Noy not up to par. However, Van Ginkle has spunk and is a keeper, IMO. Back to the drawing board and to watch films to correct mistakes. The next game will be better whether Tua starts or Fitzpatrick. It's got to be a full team effort to win. O-Line will be better when Wilkins re

Tua is on the bench and Fitzpatrick gives us some hope. He can bring this team back with his gunslinger style and attitude. Defense needs to step up now.

This team is not with it today. The offensive line is having trouble doing anything well. There is no running game and the receivers are not getting clear of coverage. This game is lost, and there a good portion of the 4th quarter left to come back, but there won't be one.

The offensive line is failing today, thus far. More TE usage is needed. Quick slants and short passes to move the sticks. No running game and Breida can't move through the line--he's useless despite his speed. Game plan is not adapting to O-line failure in my opinion and we will loose this game unless we can mount a couple of scoring drives soon.

Fran Tarkenton wasn't all that big and he did a great job for years with the Vikings. Surely hope Tua becomes durable and we don't have to scout for another qb any too soon. Fingers are always crossed with a prayer or two before and after each game.

It's week 11 already. The Dolphins head to Colorado to face the 3-6 Broncos who have seen better days. They have yet to win at home and Brian Flores hopes to extend that streak as well as our winning streak. Dolphins are 6-3 thus far and all Dolphins fans will sing the Dolphins fight song with gusto when we win--my prediction only. The game starts at 4:05 EST. Weather will be good it appears.

Tua is a confident person. He backs it up with high performance. My guess is his confidence comes from his work ethic, family upbringing and an abundant desire to excel. The players show confidence in him and play hard.

Agree, Howard and Jones are not "shut down" corners, at least not yet. Far too many receivers are not being covered well allowing passes that are not pinpoint accurate to be caught. Time will tell if they ever get close to being shut down corners.

29 points, more than enough to win. The running game is trying. Ahmed (pronounced haachmed) kept the Chargers defense honest. Ahmed had a few good runs and came up with 85 yards (I believe). Van Ginkle gets the game ball in my book. His blocked punt set things up for the quick TD. Van Ginkle also brought plenty of QB pressure as did Ogbah and Seiler. Grant continues to impress whereve
